This brand new, 2022 constructed luxury cabin provides some of the most magnificent, unobstructed, long-range views of the Smoky Mountain National Park. This cabin is truly a needle in a haystack-offering breathtaking views, privacy and seclusion from neighboring cabins, and easy accessibility with flat driveway and parking. Located in beautiful Wears Valley, the “peaceful side” of the Smokies, you’ll be just a quick 20 minutes away from the attractions of Pigeon Forge/Sevierville while being in an oasis above the foothills of the Smoky Mountain National Park. The Hidden Owl Mountain Lodge is a gorgeous 3600 square foot custom built cabin nestled on 2.5 acres. This stunning cabin features 5 bedrooms, each with access to a private balcony or deck and features 5 and a half baths. 4 bedrooms offer their own en suite bathrooms and feature king-size beds with euro top pocket hybrid foam/inter-spring mattresses offering support and luxurious comfort. The fifth bedroom accommodates 4 persons with 2 sets of twin bunk beds with gel infused cooling memory foam mattresses. All five bedrooms have their own Smart TV to include local and national channels along with all your favorite streaming platforms. You will absolutely love the spacious floor plan of this lodge. The main floor has 50 ft vaulted ceilings opening to the living area with a gas operated stone fireplace, a 65’ Smart TV, and is open to the kitchen and dining areas. The kitchen has beautiful quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, wine chiller and fully stocked with all the cookware, small appliances and utensils needed to prepare and enjoy family meals. The kitchen opens out to an expansive covered deck where there is an outdoor dining table with seating for 8\. The main level also is home to the Master Bedroom which features private deck access, king bed, and a large bathroom with a custom tile shower with a relaxing rainfall shower head. Ascend the grand floating step iron staircase from the family room to the cozy loft with wall to wall windows. This is the perfect location to relax and enjoy the amazing mountain views. The upper floor also features two separate large bedrooms with en suite bathrooms, king beds, Smart TVs and private balconies overlooking the mountains. The lower level is where the fun is to be had complete with a tin roof live edge rustic bar and seating, game room with pool table and multi-game arcade, and electric stone fireplace. Enter the spacious sound insulated theater room where you can lounge on one of the two comfortable sofas while you enjoy your favorite movies or live sporting events on the 75’ Smart TV with soundbar. The lower level features two additional bedrooms. One bedroom offers a king bed with en suite bathroom and private entrance to the lower deck. The final bedroom accommodates four persons with two twin bunk beds with gel cooling memory foam mattresses and Smart TV. This bedroom also has access to an additional full bathroom. The utility area is complete with a full-size washer and dryer. Step out onto the expansive lower level deck where you will lounge amongst the trees. This deck features a five person hot tub and multiple lounge seating areas to relax - perfect after a day of hiking or exploring the area. This cabin is also one of the first to have an EV charging station on location. We booked through vrbo specifically for the additional security and support. Vrbos policies says not to communicate off vrbo, but they were not helpful. I was forced to either loose the money because it was nonrefundable at booking, or sign external agreements and upload images of my driver's license to their site. I have never been asked to do that for any other rental and I felt it was inappropriate when I booked through vrbo, not their site. ##### Stephanie G. No issues there at all! A code is given you put it in. BINGO! It honestly had everything we needed! Even the kitchen was loaded and being I had to cook almost every night, it was most helpful. We stayed 6nights 7days. Home had so many options for board and card games which was very nice to see. Plenty of space!! Bedrooms were very nice and spacious! However, there was a serious lady bug issue (better ladybugs than roaches lol). The first and second day we were pretty much unbothered. We were too excited about the house and the amazing views from the balcony. But after day two the lady bugs were a bit overwhelming. Getting into our food, crawling on us while we were sleeping, stepping on them and tracking them all over the house. We even brought a few home in our luggage. I mean there had to be thousands of them. Property manager was notified and responded quickly. Also, bunk bed and one of the guest bedroom tvs did not work. Also notified manager. They offered to send out maintenance but at this point we really didn’t want to be bothered. Just wanted to enjoy our Christmas vacation. So they are very responsive. NO SERVICE on this mountain! So thankful they had Wi-Fi for us to connect to. You still might miss some calls and text but for the most part you should be fine. Overall we very much enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend. ##### Alisha P. My husband and I spent the beginning of the week enjoying the serenity of the cabin. Our adult children and their sig others came for the weekend and there was plenty of space for us all. The Hidden Owl Mountain Lodge was by far the most spectacular cabin we have ever stayed in. We enjoyed the amazing long-range views…mountains for miles! The location was ideal and unique from other cabins we have stayed in-there were no adjacent cabins which offered privacy. The first thing we noticed was how clean the cabin was with a great wood/new smell and how spacious all the rooms were. The cabin was beautifully decorated, and had every amenity to include a well stocked kitchen. We thoroughly enjoyed watching the NCAA basketball games on the large screen TV in the theater room. We enjoyed both the hot tub and the fire pit on the lower deck which made us feel we were in our own treehouse. The highlight of our stay was seeing a mama bear and her two cubs from the safety of the elevated deck. This was the first time we ever saw a bears at any of our previous cabin stays. Overall, The Hidden Owl Mountain Lodge exceeded our expectations and will be our cabin of choice for all our future Smoky Mountain vacations. ##### Mark M. However, the property manager and owner are non-responsive to guest complaints and concerns. Our water went completely out at 7am Saturday morning (no drinking water, no showers, etc) on a weekend rental and we spent the rest of the weekend carrying buckets of water up 1 & 2 flights of stairs from the lower level hot tub to the bathrooms in order to flush toilets. The rental mgmt company and owner were not responsive to our complaint and never called the well company to come out and fix the problem. The rental mgmt company finally offered us a different cabin at 9pm Saturday night, but with checkout at 10am the next morning, it was too late to make the move. Won’t rent from this owner or rental company again. ##### rick p. It has all the amenities a large family could possibly use. 5 bedrooms, 6 baths, gameroom, hot tub, movie room and great views. We made use of them all in this beautiful house. The first 15 minutes of our stay, we were greeted by a curious mama bear and two of her cubs. We watched from the beautiful balcony and they curiously watched us. This visit lasted for an amazing 20-30 minutes, then they made their way deeper down into the mountain. We highly recommend to anyone! Will definitely return! ##### Robert A.
