The location is a good 40 minute drive time so the location and distance to nearby sites are not accurate at all. The couch needs to be burned and thrown away - you could not even sit on it comfortably. It was not all bad if you have pets. No close neighbors to let your pets out but the carpeting had lots of old pet stains so that was a bummer. We really wanted to go elsewhere but it was not an option and we didn't want to lose our money. This is a brutally honest review so others know the photos and information about this are misleading.
