Main Level The main level king bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower with double showerheads. The living room has a sleeper sofa for additional sleeping space, armed chairs, and a flat-screen TV. Cozy up by the fireplace or sit back and relax after a long day of hiking. Step into the fully equipped kitchen for meal prep, coffee refills, snack attacks, and cookie time. Fully equipped with a stainless-steel refrigerator, stove, microwave, and dishwasher plus cutlery, cookware, mugs, dinnerware, and more. There’s even a bonus island with loads of extra counter space and bar seating for 2 to make fixing and serving meals simple. Create a breakfast buffet, set out a lunch spread, and serve dinner for 10 with ease. Upper Level The upper level has 2 king bedrooms with an en-suite bathroom, both with a tub/shower combo. There is also an additional living room with an electric fireplace, large flat-screen TV, a sleeper sofa, and a loveseat. There's plenty of space to gather together or spread out to enjoy some well-deserved decompression time! When ready to jump back in the mix we have an air hockey table ready for action. The views are outstanding, it seems to be one of if not the best cabin in this subdivision. Plants give privacy when using the hottub on the lower deck. The cabin was in a very clean condition. I took one star off the review for a few minor things. No glass is allowed in the pool area which is understandable, but only glass drinkware is provided. This is not ideal for adults who want to have a drink while watching kids in the pool, or for kids to drink out of. Plastic or silicone glasses should be provided, or warn guests to bring their own.You need to bring your own trash bags and toilet paper if you need more than one. It would be a minor expense to keep a box of trash bags and extra TP available. Internet access was somewhat slow and laggy, the TV in the pool room wouldn't connect to the wifi. Using a phone as a hotspot to stream on that TV was fine as there is good cell coverage. A speed test on the main floor showed 10Mb on the wifi, over 1000Mb on my phone. I would recommend switching from satellite internet to 5G home internet from T-Mobile as there's a tower right there within viewing distance.None of this is a dealbreaker but would improve things. ##### Michael N. Everything was as expected and the check in/check out process was seamless. After reading other recent reviews I was concerned about the temperature of the pool being an issue as we planned to take advantage of this amenity. I was assured it would be heated to the proper temperature and the adults and children were all comfortable swimming every day. The beds and linens were very comfortable and high quality. Kitchen was adequate but could use some upgrading to the tools and utensils. We had a minor maintenance issue that was addressed promptly by the maintenance team with timely communication. The location (and views) of the property were excellent and very convenient for trips into Gatlinburg, Pigeon Forge and the National Park. Altogether, we were very satisfied and would definitely consider booking this property again in the future. ##### Jolene H. The hot tub was VERY DIRTY, they said it was cleaned and even sent me a picture of it “being cleaned” but there was no way. It was filthy. Towels were small and not soft. The inside pool water was not heated, just the air inside the room, but there isn’t a way to control the heat....the house view was very nice, house was pretty clean. OWNERS WOULD NOT HEAT THE POOL ENOUGH TO ACTUALLY USE IT. They claimed it was within the acceptable guidelines, but a quick internet search showed that the guidelines vary by 10 degrees, and that is the difference between useable and too cold to swim in. Especially for children. Also, most of the bath towels were a bit too old to be in an expensive rental home. Otherwise, the house was nice, it was clean, the amenities were nice, and the games were fun for the kids. If you are NOT interested in the pool, this was a great house with a central location between Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. ##### Nathan M.
