What Linens are included? – We provide linens for beds, bath towels, and wash cloths. 2\. What household supplies are provided? – We get you started with 1 roll of paper towels, 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, mini dish detergent, dishwasher pods, 1 laundry detergent pod, kitchen trash bags, and travel/hotel size shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, and lotion. 3\. What does the kitchen include? –The kitchen is stocked with everything you would expect in a normal kitchen plus a griddle, blender, toaster, waffle iron, slow cooker, various size pots & pans, wine glasses, a Keurig, and a regular coffee pot. 4\. Do you provide any baby items? – Yes! We provide a high chair, pack n’ play, and baby gates where stairs apply. 5\. Do you provide a grill? – Yes! And it is propane. 6\. Do you provide fire wood? – No need, all of our fireplaces are gas or electric. 7\. Do you allow pets? – No. Under no circumstances do we allow pets. 8\. Is the hot tub cleaned after every stay? – Yes! Our hot tub is drained, cleaned, and refilled for every stay. 9\. Is there a community club house and pool area? – No. 10\. Is the price flexible? - We do NOT offer discounts, nor do we eliminate or reduce any of the fees. However, stays of 7 nights or longer have an automatic discount built in of 10%. 11\. When is the second payment due? – 30 Days prior to your stay. 12\. When will I get the address and cabin access info? - Address, door code, and driving directions will be sent in a separate email after your final payment is made. 13\. What time is check-in and check-out? – You may check in any time after 4pm and you must checkout prior to 10am on the day of your departure. 14\. How do cancellations work? - Cancellations or shortened stays that are made more than 60 days prior to the arrival date will be fully refunded. Cancellations or changes that are made within 60 days of the arrival date are non-refundable. 15\. Do you provide travel insurance? - If cancellation is a concern, we do recommend the purchase of Cancellation Protection from CSA (this does not go through us). 16\. Can I cancel if the weather is bad? – Cancellations due to weather will not be refunded. 17\. How is the drive up to the cabin? – It is a 10 minute (3 mile) drive up the mountain. The roads are well maintained and paved. However, there are some steeper parts that are "scary" for some people. The driveway is paved and flat. 18\. Do I need 4-wheel drive? – Only if snow or ice conditions are present. It’s basically a rule of thumb for all mountain roads in this area, that if ice or snow conditions are present, you should have 4-wheel drive or snow chains. 19\. Is this cabin secluded? –This cabin is perched at the top of a hill overlooking the mountains. It's also located at the end of road, with no direct neighbors visible from any decks, so does feel very secluded. 20\. Was this area affected by the 2016 wildfires? – No. 21\. Where can I book? - We only accept bookings and payments on Vrbo and our "Heaven's Cabins" website. 22\. What TV package / channels do you provide? – We provide the highest package that our cable provider has. This includes premium movie channels and sports channels, including HBO, Cinemax, Showtime, TMC, Starz, Starz Encore, NFL Redzone, and all the sports Networks. 23\. What type of internet to you provide? – We provide unlimited cable internet with Wi-Fi. 24\. Do you ever reduce the stated prices – On occasion, if upcoming unsold dates remain, we may reduce prices for those unsold dates. That will already be reflected in the pricing that you see here. 25\. The cabin was very clean and just as pictured. The beds were the most comfortable beds we slept on in a vacation rental. Even the kids made a comment about it. We have two boys and they loved that they each got their own room and had the upstairs all to themselves including the game room. The arcade game was not working but that wasn’t a deal breaker. The rooms are very spacious and kitchen was fully stocked with everything you need. It was a bit of a scary drive up to the cabin especially at night but the views and the peace and quiet were totally worth it. We would definitely stay here again. ##### Nadina H. The cabin was beautiful and very clean. I was also impressed with how well stocked the cabin was - they provided plenty of toilet paper, bathroom items like shampoo, conditioner, lotion, etc., and they even supplied a small bottle of dish detergent and a couple of dishwasher and laundry pods! The two game rooms were alot of fun for my kids. My husband and I loved spending time on the decks enjoying the hot tub and the view (see the pic I uploaded!). The amenities werr amazing, the space was very clean. The views from both decks were breath taking. Communication with Host was very clear concise. I definitely recommend anyone to stay here!! The property was clean, well organized, included plenty of towels, kitchen items, and extra linens. The views are stunning from the back decks. The upstairs space was the perfect hang out for our tweens. And the master bedroom/bathroom was a perfect retreat. I would definitely stay at this property again. It’s only a 7-10 min drive to Gatlinburg and Smoky Mtn National Park. ##### Megan B. The cabin had breathtaking views, was fully stocked, and in the perfect spot. My family did not even want to leave the cabin until day 3 of our vacation! We even seen a bear at the cabin!! I kept seeing cabin nightmare stories and was so worried that this cabin would be too good to be true BUT this cabin was everything as described and even more beautiful in person than in the pictures! Highly recommended this cabin and these owners as they were quick to respond to any question I had about booking! ##### Kelli D.
