The cabin is professionally cleaned after every stay and all linens/towels are provided. We also provide an extensive starter pack of essentials for every stay (hand + dish soap, trash bags, toilet paper). However, depending on the length of your stay, you may need to purchase additional supplies. PARKING: Two to three full size vehicles will fit in the private drive located in front of the cabin. Overflow parking is available at the entrance of the community, near the catch and release pond. ACCESS: The front door has an electronic keypad for contactless check in. All access codes will be provided to you at least 24 hours prior to arrival unless it is same-day check in. OTHER THINGS TO NOTE: Must sign rental agreement upon booking. A $500 security hold will be placed 2 days prior to arrival and released 5 days after departure, if no damages are reported. We encourage all guests to purchase TRAVEL INSURANCE through the platform or privately. Do not tamper with (cover, unplug, etc.) the camera. This is a SMOKE FREE Cabin and Premises for safety reasons. If you smoke inside the cabin or on the property, you will be charged $250, plus the additional cleaning fee, as well as for any additional damages. NOTE: We do not send maintenance to the property during your stay unless it is a true emergency. Only after you depart. No late check-out or early check-in. Our team is amazing and runs on a tight schedule. Checking out late or arriving early impacts their ability to turn the cabin for you or the next guests. Please be respectful of their time and ensure an on-time departure. (Please note, failure to vacate the property by 10AM departure day will result in a $50 fee for every 30 minutes past 10AM). DO NOT leave any food items in your vehicle or outside. Always LOCK your car doors and the entrance door to the cabin to deter any bears from having a goldilocks moment. She provided us with very good directions on how to locate our cabin when we arrived. The cabin was beautifully decorated and extremely well stocked to meet the needs for our group which varied in ages from 6 to 88 years. It would have been nice if there were grab bars in the bathrooms or a walk-in shower to accommodate our older family members, but they managed OK. The three stories provided privacy as needed for our group. The downstairs was wonderful with the game room, bunk room and full separate bedroom. I would recommend at least an all wheel drive with good tires. It rained the 2 full days that we were there and we were not able to drive up to the house in our Explorer after the rain started. This was a problem because the steep incline was too much for my elderly mother to climb. Luckily, a neighbor was able to drive my mom up to the house in his truck. I don’t know what we would have done otherwise. The house was very clean and cozy. The kids loved the hot tub and air hockey. There was plenty of room for the 6 of us. We wish it hadn’t t rained while we were there. We couldn’t enjoy the views from the porches due to everything being wet. The views were amazing though. The house was perfect for our group and we enjoyed having air hockey and arcade games available. The biggest hit was the hot tub though. The view was spectacular and it was an easy drive into Gatlinburg. Our hosts went above and beyond to accommodate us on short notice when another house cancelled on us. They were so friendly and helpful and available to answer any questions that came up. Looking forward to returning again! This place is special! ##### Meghan R. There were 9 of us, 4 adults and 5 children! We stayed during the holiday’s, it was decorated for Christmas and just made the cabin feel that much more cozy! There was plenty of space for all of us! We enjoyed movies in the living room, lots of games at the oversized,kitchen table, some competitive games in the basement and the most gorgeous Mountain View’s from 3 different balcony levels. The hosts were absolutely great and so responsive and helpful! We will definitely be back and will be recommending this cabin to all of our friends! ##### Hilary L. It was close to pigeon forge but still private even though it’s in a community. The kids really enjoyed the game room and hot tub. The views are amazing!!! The views are spectacular, especially from the top deck. The cabin is located at the end of a culdesac and it was very peaceful.The host was great and was quick to respond to questions. They have a very well stocked kitchen with plenty of dishes and cooking supplies. The coffee / hot chocolate bar was super, and it was nice coming in at night and settling in with a mug of hot cocoa. Everything was ready for us when we walked in, and the rest of the stay was great! Totally out of control of the owners, there were some crazy experiences with the neighbors (I'm assuming they were renters) that caused some anxious moments while on the road up the hill, but once inside, we enjoyed the cozy beds, the fun game room, and the beautiful views! ##### Diane S. We came into town for a baseball tournament at Ripken Experience. We stayed with another family from the team. The cabin was very spacious with bedrooms and bathrooms on all 3 levels. The views were amazing. Everyone was able to come together at meals and to socialize or go into their own spaces. I would definitely book again and recommend it to other families. The game room was great and I dare to say the adults enjoyed the video games more than the kids.
