Traveling with a large group with multiple children of varying ages, I was a bit concerned that the accommodations would not meet the needs of everyone. However, this rental exceeded my expectations. Our teens and tweens loved the loft area and the pool was just right for little kids. The adults really enjoyed the hot tub and the rooms were comfortable and peaceful. The interior design was modern yet cozy. The location provided privacy, but was close to all of the shops and restaurants that we were familiar with making the experience very relaxing. The owners were very responsive when an issue came up before our arrival date with the pool heater. They got it fixed and offered a partial refund for the inconvenience without asking. Ended up not needing to because we ate before we checked in and that took quite a while on this trip. The second we stepped inside it was just breathtaking!!!! From the Christmas tree still up to the fireplace being on. It was very clean and had everything provided that you would need for your stay. My family and I stayed in the cabin during the week of Thanksgiving. The cabin is spacious with four bedrooms and adjacent baths, large kitchen & island for preparing food & large dining table. Great room and loft area allowed for space for adults and kids. Private pool was heated and clean. It was particularly nice to access within the cabin. Our host was very receptive & accommodating. The cabin was immaculately clean and had every amenity you could ask for. We have stayed in many vacation properties and would easily put this in the top three we have visited.
