Our cabin is centrally located to all the fun activities of the Smoky Mountains, but away from the crazy touristy areas. It is the perfect place to unwind after a fun day hiking, boating, shopping or enjoying the many activities/restaurants/shows in the area.

Our rental cabin is accessible via driver-friendly roads with no super steep hills, ensuring a smooth and stress-free drive to your destination, where you'll be greeted by incredible views of the Smoky Mountains.  
  
Please note:  
\*We highly encourage guests to purchase travel insurance in the event your trip is interrupted or canceled due to flight changes/cancellations, medical concerns, or other unforeseen circumstances.  
\*Rental agreement, government issue ID upload and $500 security deposit are required to complete booking and stay at this property.  
  
Guests have access to all three floors of the cabin. Please note there are stairs into the house and a full flight of stairs are needed to access all of the bedrooms.  
  
Please note between the hours of 9pm and 7am we may be sleeping. Rest assured we will reach out to you as soon as we awaken.  
  
The hot tub and cold plunge are on the lower deck. Adult supervision is required for the hot tub. Due to safety concerns, the cold plunge is for our guests who are 18 or older.

Great cabin! Can't say enough about the view! Loved sitting outside in the morning and at night. We spent a lot of time using the hot tub and game room. It is about a 15 minute drive into town but it was quiet and peaceful at the cabin. Again, great view!

#### Stunning view and beautiful cabin!

We’ve stayed in cabins several times in Sevierville, but never one this big! The en-suite bathrooms are so convenient and everything was pristine! This was a chance for us to spend time with children and grandkids we don’t get to see much and stay all in one cabin. The owners, Christy and Keith were awesome and addressed minor issues immediately! We Highly recommend this Falcon Ridge cabin!

#### Bachelor weekend

All the bedrooms were cozy and had their own bathroom which was a plus. Location was good with only concern being that the was water was heavily chlorinated so i recommend bring your own water bottles. Everything else was great.

#### All around amazing stay

I booked this cabin for a week for me and my wife’s honeymoon and we were blown away by the views and atmosphere. The property was perfect and gave a somewhat secluded feel while only being 15 minutes from all the attractions in sevierville. The property manager was very responsive with the only issue I had which was the hot tub was not turned on which was a quick fix and we were able to enjoy it within an hour overall I will definitely be staying here again!!!!

The views of the Smoky Mountains are absolutely breathtaking staying at this cabin. The pool table and air hockey table was great to entertain the kids. Christy was an amazing host.

#### Gorgeous view and lots of space!

We had such a refreshing week here. As soon as we walked through the front door, we enjoyed the gorgeous long range Mountain View. There was plenty of space to spread out across all three levels. Having two porches was a bonus! It was easy to come and go to local shops, restaurants and excursions. We will be back!

We enjoyed our stay so much. The house was perfect for our party size with plenty of space to not be right on top of each other. The kids loved the game room and the adults loved the majestic view from the balcony. The hot tub was a huge hit with everyone and we even had some brave folks that conquered the cold plunge. Our host was quick to respond to messages and take care of any issues. We would definitely stay again.

#### fabulous mountain cabin

We stayed at this wonderful cabin in the Smoky Mountains and couldn't be happier with our experience. The cabin was clean and well maintained and it was close to nearby attractions. It had breathtaking views of the mountains, which we enjoyed with our morning coffee and with a glass of wine after hiking all day. It was clean and cozy. The game room was a big hit with the kids and the adults loved the hot tub and cold plunge pool. Christy was easy to talk with and was available if we needed her. We will be staying again the next time we are in the area.

#### Stayed for a Wedding

Christy was so communicative and helpful throughout the stay. The property was beautiful, clean, and had everything you would need for a short or a long stay. It was easy to get to and the views of the mountains are stunning! We unfortunately didn't get to use the hot tub because it was too warm but it was clean and it worked. I honestly don't have a critical thing to say about the property. The parking area can fit about 3-4 cars depending on size.

#### Great weekend!

We had a great time here over Memorial Day weekend. Location and views are fantastic, and there was plenty to keep all ages occupied, both away from the cabin and when we were staying in. Christie and Keith were very responsive to questions and the one minor issue (inoperable Keurig, with a replacement arriving before we got back to the cabin the same day). We'll definitely back!
