### Mountain Majesty with Spectacular Views

Escape to your own private oasis nestled atop the serene heights of the Smoky Mountains, but only 20 minutes from downtown Pigeon Forge. This stunning 1-bedroom with a loft, 2 - bathroom cabin offers 1,500 square feet of luxury living space and panoramic views that will leave you in awe. Enjoy the Smokies in style with a Hot Tub, Pool Table, 4 Queen Beds + 1 King Suite. Roads are fully paved all the way to the cabin!  
4WD vehicles are recommended from December-April  
  
We are Pet Friendly for most pet breeds!   
\*\*Please include pet size, breed, if or not house trained, and any other relevant details on your message!\*\*   
\*\*Pet fee will be will be applicable to each pets depending on their size\*\*  
While we do permit pets in the cabin, we kindly request that you notify us prior to booking, as each pet request is subject to approval and pet fee. Please be aware that we do not accept pets that shed excessively, as this can pose challenges for our cleaning staff during turnovers. We greatly appreciate your understanding and cooperation in this matter.  
  
We have an extra guest fee after the 8th person for $30 per night

\- We kindly request to refrain pets from being on beds and other furniture.

We provide a starter pack of basic necessities, such as toilet paper, trash bags, soap/shampoo, and paper towels.   
  
Our cleaners also usually leave (if applicable) dishwasher tablets/dish soap, coffee, oil/salt/pepper, etc.  
  
We do our best to provide the basics, but please consider that it is really meant for getting you started in for shorter stays. If you need a little extra of any of these items, let us know, and we’ll do our best to assist you!  
  
You have 2 types of grill at this property,   
Charcoal-type grill: If you intend on using it, you will need to provide your charcoal.  
Propane-type grill: We are pleased to provide you access to our propane grill during your stay. Please feel free to use it at your convenience. However, kindly note that you will be responsible for refilling the propane tank should it run out during your use.  
If you want to be sure you will not run out, you may purchase a tank at the nearest hardware store. (Please see your guidebook in the guest portal for the recommended store near your cabin)  
  
Please use the bear-proof containers on the outside of the cabin. Please do not leave food and trash on the decks and porches or in your vehicles. Bears are active and we are in their habitat.  
  
 Bear protection:  
  
1) Do not feed or interact with bears if you see them. Never get in between a mama bear and her cub.  
2) Never run away from bears, they would think you are prey. Stay 50 yards away.  
3) If needed, make loud noises and move slowly  
4) Do not put trash outside unless it's in the bear-proof containers- it will attract bears!  
5) Take pictures since they are so cute! But DO NOT approach. Lock car doors and cabin doors as bears have been known to get into them!  
6) Remove all food and trash from your vehicles! Bears can smell it and can damage your vehicle trying to get to the food!  
7) Keep your car doors locked at all times. Bears are getting wiser and they can open car doors.
