"Majestic Highbearnation" is an all-natural wood, modern rustic log cabin, that provides comfort and luxury. With its open floor plan, modern furniture, and large windows bringing the outdoors in, this cabin embraces nature and provides absolutely, stunning views of the Great Smoky Mountains. "Majestic Highbearnation" comfortably sleeps 12 people in this 2-story cabin. This 2800 square foot home features 4-bedrooms and 3-bathrooms, with spacious parking up to 6 vehicles comfortably. The main floors open concept comes with a fully equipped grand kitchen, as well as a standalone island. The island is a great place to set up for a buffet-style meal, either prepared indoors or outside on the charcoal BBQ grill, used as extra seating with 4 high top log stools, a place to enjoy electronic devices, or to simply relax. The dining area includes an extended log-style table, that easily seats 10-12 people. Alongside the kitchen is the main living area, with a large screen television, new sofa sleeper, and a love seat. A great space to embrace a good conversation while enjoying the ambiance of the electric fireplace or look over the night sky. Before heading upstairs, be sure to check out the 2-bedrooms suites on the main level. The bedroom suites provide pure luxury, each bedroom offers a King-size bed and a private bathroom. This property is absolutely breathtaking & has Amazing views. We took a whole family vacation. (11 people.). My youngest is 5 he’s autistic and has a hard time staying in new places. We’ve been on vacation before, and he would fall asleep on the couch or a bench at the kitchen table because he was not comfortable enough to sleep in the bedrooms. Well not at this place. his reaction to everything about this cabin made our stay 100 times better. He LOVED the movie theater, the air hockey table and the big bathtub. He even cried when it was time to go home. He loved it that much. There were plenty of extra blankets and pillows in every room and lots of kitchen utensils, pots and pans. The game room was a big hit with the teenagers and adults. So much so that they didn’t care if we left the cabin. We could not have asked for a better location or cabin. The only problem was at our check in.We arrived at 4:00 and were not able to get into our house until about 7:00\. Fast Wi-Fi, modern TVs and appliances, lots of entertainment and video games, and well outfitted with everything a family would have at home for cooking. The reservation office was quick to respond. We have no complaints about this cabin except we wish we could have stayed longer. ##### Richard h. The only issues we had was a cable issue in the living room and one rack in the dishwasher was broken. These issues were not resolved during our stay. Minimal issues for the great view we had. The views are amazing and even better than the pictures! I felt that it was a bit mid-leading to show a pool with the complex when the pool is a 20 minute drive from the property and likewise, there were no trails or easily walkable areas close to the property. For the price, the check out “rules” are obnoxious which include taking your trash to the office if there’s not space in the limited outdoor cans and a$65 fee for not loading the dishwasher when you pay a cleaning fee, a service fee and a service charge all in advance! ##### Amy W. Its really high up offering beautiful views of the mountains. The pictures on the VRBO site are completely accurate. Its close to the park and towns but you feel completely out of the hustle and bustle. The houses up here are nicely spaced so you barely notice neighbors. The only criticism we would have is that comfortable seating is at a minimum. There was 4 of us and we were very comfortable but too many more people might not be. The upstairs theater seating really could be eliminated and replaced with love seats. You cant beat the views and location though. We didnt want to leave and hope to return. Check in was also a breeze. You can go straight to the house once you have the code for your door.
