We chose this place because of the game room to hang out and the things to do there! If you have little children or elderly people staying with you, the stairs are harder to use. However, the pictures show the spiral staircase so expect that! We kept our one year old downstairs and hung out down there because it felt safer. Wonderful stay! Just what we needed. Easy to access Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg, and Sevierville. ##### Ashton C. A few minutes later I received a text saying go ahead and start your vacation early. That was great considering we were at the cabin already. We entered the cabin and everything was great except the stairs they are a little small and steep. Not wide at all. Other the the stairs everything else was good. ##### Johnnie F. The parking was tight but not a problem in the summer. The master bed was lumpy and very squeaky. Everytime someone rolled over, the bedroom in the basement could hear. The furniture appears to be the same from the prior owners and could use some updates. We also stripped she sheets at the end of the stay and found the mattress protectors to be stained with red spots. The lot next door is being built and we were only woke up one morning by the crew. We didn’t plan to spend most of our vacation in the cabin, so overall we enjoyed our trip. ##### Jaime F. We came in on a Sunday with bad weather, the cabin was nice and homie. We enjoyed the stay very much, very nice and well kept. Beautiful view and check in and out was effortless! The owners checked in on us to make sure we had everything we needed and we were enjoying ourselves! Very nice and we would love to go back! ##### Jeremy C. Be sure you receive the email with log in info BEFORE you arrive. We didn't know it was to be sent before arriving. Once we got there, there was no cell service so we had to drive down the very steep and windy road to get cell service to make contact with owners. Not fun after 6 hour drive to arrive there. Owners tried to say they sent email before which they did not. Also the beds are VERY uncomfortable, especailly one next to game room. That shower leaked constantly, the bedroom door creaked loudly, and the bedroom light was out. They did offer to come fix said items but we declined. Seems like they should do a better inspection before new people come in. Also dresser drawers are falling out. Be sure to bring supplies as it is limited as to what they provide. The roads are SUPER windy and the final turn onto beachfront is VERY sharp. You have to drive in/out as there is noplace to safely walk. WiFi is very spotty and can be an issues if you plan on working where there. Now for the positives: the house is as advertised, lots of space, convenient distance to Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. It was great having a pool table as it rained a lot while we were there. As long as you make sure they address the issues listed above, your stay should be fine. One final think that I dodn't like: if you don't give a review they text you and say that they are giving themselves a 5 star review!!! Not very professional in my opinion. ##### Helene M. The place was beautiful, the property owners were easy to get ahold of and responded within a timely manner. Kids had a blast in the game area and hot tub! The stairs to the upper and lower levels could use a little more securing. They felt pretty unsafe and steep. However, it didn't stop my kids from going up and down! That's our only complaint. Our stay was awesome! ##### Katie R. The property was great for our family trip (us, grown children g spouses)! We loved that every couple had their own bedroom and bathroom. The game room was great! The kitchen had just what we needed. The spiral stairs might not work for an older person (or little ones), but was fine for us. The property manager/owners were quick with communication. We loved that the cabin was not too close to other rentals so we felt secluded. Our trip was fantastic and we'd love to stay again for our next family vacation. Thanks! ##### Dawn I. It’s rare my 2 adult kids and their spouses are free. We had such a relaxing time. The place is great and we loved the location.
