Guest Access: Entire Cabin The Neighborhood: Less than 15 minutes away from the middle of The Pigeon Forge Parkway, this cabin offers privacy in a convenient location. The drive to the cabin is easy. Getting Around: All paved roads to the cabin. We recommend 4x4 wheel drive at any cabin in The Great Smoky Mountains area as well as this one. It's easy to reach the cabin and very close to downtown—the middle of the Pigeon Forge Parkway is less than 15 minutes away. Other Things to Note: • Must be 21 or older to book this cabin • This cabin sleeps 8 guests maximum • We always recommend a 4x4 drive for anywhere in the Great Smoky Mountains. The cabin features paved roads all the way up, and without any inclement weather, any car should be fine, but again, we recommend 4x4 wheel drive when visiting the area • Cabin does not have cable TV — bring your streaming logins for the Smart TVs • Gas fireplaces are seasonal and operate from October–March, depending on the weather • Hot tub is drained, sanitized, and refilled between each guest stay. It may need time to reach full temperature on the check-in day. • Starter supplies of toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, and laundry detergent are provided. • Guests agree to use the website messenger for all communication, even if initial contact is made by another method. • Bears and all types of wildlife are very common in the area! Do not feed or bother the bears or wildlife! Please leave them alone. We have no control over wildlife. They are very protected here and part of our area. Secure your belongings and always lock vehicle doors. • We have monthly pest control at all of our cabins. Being in the Great Smoky Mountains, we are surrounded by nature and wildlife. Ladybugs, millipedes, and other insects can be difficult to combat around this time of year, even with our constant pest control program in place. It is not uncommon to see them occur in and around the cabin/condo, especially with the opening and closing of doors. This is extremely common for the area and all cabins/condos. • Being in the mountains, wind can sometimes blow leaves, dirt, or other natural debris into the hot tub. The hot tub has been drained and cleaned to ensure it’s ready for use. Aug 10, 2020 Liked: Check-in, communication, location Disliked: Cleanliness #### Roach friendly the cabin its self is beautiful, however the first day we arrived we spent an hour cleaning the dishes that went washed in the dish washer bc of the smell. We found food in the oven after preheating it. The carpets weren't vacuumed and the vacuum in the cabin the belt is broken. Then we found roaches in the kitchen and shower. We know the cabin people have to know about it bc we found roach spray in the cabinet. Overal it was doable but definitely not the cleanest place we've ever stayed at.
