Nestled privately in the beautiful Smoky Mountains of Tennessee, between Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. Just off the beaten path, yet only minutes from all attractions both cities have to offer. Including Dollywood and Dollywood's Splash Country, The Island at Pigeon Forge, Blake Shelton's Ole Red restaurant and live music, Dolly Parton's Stampede Dinner Show, Dolly Parton's Pirate Voyage Dinner Show, Hatfield's & McCoy's Dinner Feud, and The Great Smoky Mountains National Park just to name a few. The cabin includes wifi, making it more enjoyable, work friendly, and kid friendly. NO REFUNDS for any reason. Lazy Bear's Den has newly remodeled flooring, new furniture, and we have added a handicap ramp for those who have issues with steps. Our cabin has easy access and is on the main road in the resort making it easy to find your way in and out, while also having your privacy around the cabin. We love our home in The Smoky Mountains and visit as often as possible, but get enjoyment from sharing it with vacationers throughout the year. The cabin has a fully equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms on the main level,king and queen, and 2 beds, queen and full, on the upper level, 2 full bathrooms, and sleeps up to 6, no more no exceptions. We also provide a washer and dryer making packing for your vacation a little lighter. We do not supply laundry soap. On the back deck we have a hot tub, table and chairs, and a charcoal grill. There is a handicap ramp that connects the back deck to the driveway, making it easy access to the back door for those who may need or want to use it. There are also games and a new game table with over 400 games on it which allows kids to keep busy while at the cabin. Adults also have said how they love the new game table as well. We hope you enjoy your stay at Lazy Bears Den and know you will respect our property as much as we do. For the protections of our guests and the protection of our property, we have security camera located at the driveway, front, and back door. There are NO cameras pointed to the hot tub, inside, nor anywhere where not legal. This is to assure safety and the number of guests, and the protection of our property. NO REFUNDS, NO EXCEPTIONS. The kids enjoyed the loft especially the gaming table. It had everything we needed with 2 full bathrooms and a washer/ dryer. The driveway is large enough to turn around so you dont have to back out onto main road or enough room for 2 vehicles. Tim is available if you need anything. ##### Lacey W. The house had the supplies that we needed, was clean and the bunk area was fun for my daughter. The back porch was a little disappointing, The table and chairs were too dirty to use, or even clean off ourselves. We killed 3 black wasp inside the cabin. That probably needs to be looked into. That will not keep us from staying here again though. The cabin is in a great location between Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg, easy to get to, but still well of the parkway. I was blown away by how spacious and well maintained it is. The king bed was probably the most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept in at a rental property before. I had pretty limited communications with the property manager because I didn’t experience any problems, but based on our few encounters, I have no doubt that he would have gotten any problem taken care of ASAP. Overall, I highly, HIGHLY recommend this cabin and look forward to hopefully staying again in the future. ##### Nathan L.
