After each guest\`s stay, our hot tubs undergo a thorough cleaning process, including draining, scrubbing, and a meticulous bromine wash. Please keep in mind that after this thorough cleaning, the hot tub may initially be at a lower temperature upon your arrival, as it is refilled with cool water. Quiet Hours: We kindly request that all guests observe quiet hours from 10 PM to 8 AM. During this time, we ask for your cooperation in keeping noise levels to a minimum out of respect for other guests and neighbors. No Smoking Indoors: We have a strict no-smoking policy indoors. Pet Policy: Please let us know if you plan on bringing a pet, as all of our properties are dog friendly. There is a $100 non-refundable pet fee, per pet. I was not expecting a hot tub nor theater room. The indoor pool had its own half bath and so did the theater. The whole cabin along with the rental staff was amazing. ##### Scott M. The beds were soft and comfortable...it was great to have the pool inside as well as all the other ammenties ot has due to the heat this week. We were able to stay inside with the cabin and still have a wonderful time. It has easy access to the cabin from a paved drive so no 4x4 needed and it puts you so close to all the attractions of pigeon forge... We would definitely book this cabin again! ##### Shea W. Also the movie room TV while it said it was connected to the internet would not open up any apps so we could not watch anything in that room which was disappointing.
