It Is private and secluded yet close to everything too. It has one bedroom, one bath, living room, kitchen, laundry room and back screen porch. The kitchen has custom hickory cabinets and is well stocked with everything you will need. The floors are hardwood (Maple) and ceramic tile. It Is decorated with black bears and other wildlife decor. It has a gas fireplace. You can take a morning walk in private or just watch the wildlife from the screen porch. If this beauty is not available you may want to check out property numbers 1453372, 3392988, 2094753, 2716031, 2716111, 3353811\. New Beginnings (1453372) was completed in 2018 and is located on the same 10 acres. The remaining rental properties are 3 years old (or less). The cabins are conveniently located to the newly built Soaky Mountain Waterpark across from the Wilderness of the Smokies resort and Sevierville Convention Center.
