Its is the most well maintained vacation home I have ever stayed in. This house has it all pool table, hot tube, indoor pool. Our family stayed entertained the entire week using all the amenities it had to offer. The home was not only beautiful but very very clean. The cabin is beautiful! It has much to keep everyone entertained, the indoor pool and hot tub, pool table, arcade game, movie theater all down to the little kid teepee upstairs. The mountain road to the cabin is very twisty and turny however that is to be expected when renting a cabin in the mountains. The cabin was cleaned well. The dishwasher was temperamental and we told the owner about that when they asked about our stay. The communication from booking our trip until the very end was top notch. I always received an answer quickly to any questions I had. This was a wonderful stay for our group and we hope to book again in the future! ##### Chelsea L. The home was immaculate, the amenities were family friendly, beautifully decorated home with space for all of us to spread out and enjoy ourselves. The views are spectacular, there were wild turkeys in the backyard when we arrived. The drive up the mountain is no joke- this isn't a property in which you can quickly run back and forth to town. Just do all your shopping before heading up the mountain. The views are worth the drive. We loved the pool and hot tub, the kid's reading corner was a lovely surprise and the little ones enjoyed it. The hot tub, pool, and sauna were all clean and in excellent working condition. There were plenty of towels and cooking utensils. We especially appreciated the little extras like kcups, snacks, cotton balls, qtips, etc. The pool table, air hockey, and theater room were enjoyed be all. The peaceful mountain setting was very relaxing and the views were amazing. Definitely worth the mountain drive, which, though steep was no more scary than Pigeon Forge traffic during apring break. We had no issues with our stay but the host communication was excellent in case there were any issues. We would definitely stay here again. ##### Karla M. My children enjoyed the game room, theater room, and pool. The view is incredible but note it is a haul to get to the top (be careful if you get car sick) with all the turns and switchbacks. There is plenty of parking. My family had 3 cars and had no issue getting in or out. A lot of privacy even with a cabin on either side. The kitchen is nicely stocked and we were able to cook meals without bringing additional appliances. My only "issue" was the hot tub did not get very hot throughout the weekend even on the second day after having time to heat up after being cleaned and refilled. I also found some trash from previous guests behind the bedroom nightstand upstairs. Despite this, the cabin was clean and we would book here again. ##### Katelynn B. Every time we reached out she responded very timely. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the cleanliness because of the dirt on the walls. If you want to play pool and you’re an amateur, the pool table is perfect. If you’re looking for a pool table for Sirius pool players, this is not the pool table for you. Jul 14, 2024 Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy #### Nice mountain retreat Overall, the property had many nice amenities and I would recommend the place for its scenic views, cleanliness of the interior and responsive property managers. If you are traveling with someone who is elderly or handicapped, I would warn you the property is not equipped for accessibility and you should bring a shower chair. There were no handrails or benches in any of the showers. We had a family member who suffered a recent foot injury and it was difficult for them to get around the property to enjoy the amenities, and they experienced difficulty showering. Also, I would recommend bringing extra blankets, as what is on the bed is what you get, a sheet and a small blanket and nothing else. Outside, the views were amazing and the space was excellent for our dog and family to explore. There was a bit of unsightly construction material strewn about that did take away from some of the aesthetic, though; random conduit, hoses just thrown on the ground, plywood disintegrating and drain pipes sitting out in the open. Lastly, the drive up and down the mountain can be strenuous if you're not used to tight switchback curves. 40 minutes of each drive was just getting up down and back up the mountain. This is just a warning and I would not hold it against the property, but it is a reality. All around, this place earned a solid 4.5 in our book. The view was incredible. High up on the mountain. Kitchen had everything we needed to make meals. Very clean cabin, especially the pool and hot tub. Had a bear visit us every day.
