Sleeper sofa was very comfortable and the main bedroom & bath was great.Cody was so efficient in contacting me with the whole stay. It was in the perfect location to get to all our favorite places. We arrived into town a day earlier than expected, prepared to stay at a hotel for that night. We contacted Cody to see if by chance it might be available for early check in... it was! With in 1/2 hour Cody had everything set and we were in. We had no issues with the property at all. The location was great! Far enough away from the busy commercial/touristy noise, but close enough and easy to get to the Smoky Mountains and anything else we wanted to do.
