OTHER THINGS TO NOTE
• Every booking includes a non-refundable $60 Damage Coverage Insurance Fee. You will have the peace of mind that you will not be charged for any unintentional damage done to the property during your stay.

• Two security cameras on the premises, one over the front door and one overlooking the parking area. If you touch or tamper with the cameras you will be asked to leave the property immediately. The cameras are for your protection and ours!

• The cabin is in the woods. You will likely see and hear critters. If you see a bear during your stay whether in the woods or in the driveway do not go near it or feed it. Stay away from it. They are dangerous. Bears are RARE!

• Cookware is provided. No Zip Locks, foil, oil, sprays, or condiments provided.
Starter hand soap, shampoo, toilet paper, and paper towels, and a garbage bag for each trashcan are provided. Please plan to bring or purchase any additional supplies that are needed for your stay. There are a couple grocery stores within a few miles from the cabin.

• Consuming Alcohol while In the Hot Tub is DANGEROUS! Use the hot tub AT YOUR OWN RISK! NO unsupervised children allowed in the hot tub!

• No late check-out or early check-in. Our cleaners need enough time to properly clean and sanitize the cabin between guests. If this should happen we reserve the right to charge $50 per hour.

• No refunds for weather/natural disasters/power outages/other things that are beyond our control.

• Pets are NOT allowed. If you sneak in a pet of any kind you will be charged an additional $200 and you will likely be asked to leave.

• NO open flames allowed inside the cabin including candles. This is for your safety and the safety of the other cabins in the area!

• NO SMOKING OF ANY KIND INSIDE THE CABIN!! Ash buckets are provided on the outside decks for smoking outside...

• Please no littering in or around the cabin!

Beautiful views, great for families

My family had a great time. I loved the views from the patio, the theater room was awesome. The hot tub was great. Overall, my family had a wonderful time.

Weekend Get-A-Way

Great location, convenient to Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. Cabin had everything we needed. Great projection TV. We will probably stay there again.

Great Cabin stay!

We loved staying at this cabin as a family. We enjoyed the wonderful views from the back deck, movie nights in the theater on the lower level, and a camp fire on a chilly fall night. The cabin was very clean and had everything we needed to enjoy the stay. The beds were more on the firm side - just fyi if you're sensitive or picky about your matress. The location of this cabin made it easy to go to Pigeon Forge or Gatlinburg. This is a cabin we'll keep on our list for next time we're visiting the area!

SO RELAXING AND GORGEOUS VIEWS

This is an amazing and relaxing cabin. We loved the jacuzzi and rocking in the rocking chairs on the back porch. Communication with management was wonderful and so accommodating. Wish we could've stayed longer. Hope to be back soon!

Family weekend getaway

We snuck away for the weekend with our daughters who were home from college - and this was the perfect spot — we enjoyed the hot tub and a movie night in the theatre room — owner was great checking in to make sure everything was going well for us — highly recomend this cabin to anyone.

Great location with a lot of amenities

Great stay!

Had a lovely stay here over a busy weekend. Cabin location is great for getting to the national park because it’s exceedingly easy to avoid the traffic from Gatlinburg and PF. The cabin itself was also very cozy and spacious and a great place for families! Also, Matthew was very responsive and helpful throughout the stay. Would stay again!

Loved this cabin!. The hosts were extremely prompt to reply to emails and messages. The cabin had everything we needed. The hot tub, game room and fire pit were favorites for the group.

Mountain getaway

With the exception of a few issues we enjoyed the stay and the view and the house was very nice. Everything was just as it said it would be. Hopw to stay again during the summer.
