➣You are in the woods and will see bugs, bees, scorpions, millipedes, lady bugs and all sorts of critters. We have the cabin on a strict pest control schedule but it's impossible to eliminate all bugs.  
➣March through August is Carpenter Bee season. You may see dozens of them boring into the side of the cabin. Don't panic, you're staying in a log cabin in the woods after all!  
  
\[EASY PAYMENT PLAN\]  
➣1st payment: 50% required up front  
➣Final payment: 35 days before arrival, collected automatically  
  
\[SECURITY DEPOSIT\]  
➣A security damage deposit of $300.00 will be automatically charged to the credit card on file 4 days before check-in  
➣This is a hold on the credit card and will be released 2 days after checkout  
➣If the credit card charge fails then the guest has 1 day to provide another form of payment before the reservation is cancelled

➣A Rental Agreement will be sent for signature after booking.  
➣Failure to sign the Rental Agreement will result in cancellation of the booking

One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 7 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 7 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.

#### Smoky Mountain get away

My family and I stayed here and loved it. We went to Dollywood and explore the Smoky Mountains. It was a great location, not too far away from most of the places we wanted to go, unfortunately for us the road to some of the attractions (clingmans doom) was closed due to a rock slide. Check in was super easy. The place was clean with great views of the mountain, a hot tub and arcade game. We didn’t use much of the kitchen items, but it appeared that there was a lot of things there to use. We took advantage of the free ticket offers and was grateful for those. Be sure if you are going to use them that you book them two hours prior to using. I would definitely recommend this place if you are looking for a place to unwind after some busy adventure in the Smoky Mountain.

#### Beautiful property & wonderful stay!

Our group of 7 (2 teens, 4 adults, and 1 infant) absolutely LOVED our 4 night stay! Check-in was very simple. Our Uber & Lyft from the airport has no issues with losing service, and the property was easy to locate. It does take about 35-45 minutes to go anywhere off the property, so plan accordingly. We bought groceries for breakfast, lunch & dinner and the kitchen has all the amenities you could imagine. It was a nice touch to find extra dishwasher pods as well. The teens loved the blender to make smoothies, and the adults were very thankful for the Keurig! The wi-fi was easy to connect to & had no issues handling our 10 phones / tablets. The hot tub was a wonderful touch for the teens, and they enjoyed the extra space of a queen bunk. and all the adults had the best night sleep on the beds. Everyone enjoyed having multiple bathrooms to limit sharing, especially 2 full baths off of the bedrooms. We utilized the W/D during our stay, and we were so thankful there were small packets of laundry detergent! the view from both balconies was lovely! lots of time was spent outdoors just enjoying the weather & views. David was a wonderful host, and very responsive messaging back and forth. It is obvious this VRBO was curated & thoughtfully appointed, from the small details to makeyour stay feel like home, to the beautiful interior decor. If our group ever returns to the PF/Gatlinburg area, we would 100% choose this property again!! Thank you again, David! :)

We loved this cabin! Very clean, wonderfully equipped, beautiful location, easily accessible! Owners were very informative and responsive!! Our new favorite place to stay after vacationing here all of my life!!
