We were locked out due to the code not being set twice. The company fixed it once we were able to make contact with them. The house was nice, our teens loved the hot tub, we loved the Pacman arcade game. We were really hoping to pay ping pong, but there were no balls to be found unfortunately. We also found attraction tickets laying around from previous renters and some dirty areas. Could've been cleaned better. All in all it's a great place....
