Relax in the large hot tub, and feel like you are at the movies in the theater room. Play pool, air hockey, foosball, arcade games, or cards at the blackjack table in the game room. Finish off your evening with s'mores around the fire pit. There are some deep ruts in the road. All cars can make it, but it would not be safe for motorcycles. Easy parking for 5 vehicles on the paved driveway The home is accessed by an electronic key code, which we will send you before your stay. \~\~\~Other Things to Note\~\~\~ The WiFi is fast, but not high-speed. It is through a satellite provider, because cable is not available in the area. You can surf and stream on a few devices at once. However, live gaming and live video calls can be disrupted by brief (a few seconds) drops in service. The TVs are Samsung Smart TVs. Bring your own Netflix, Amazon, Hulu, YouTubeTV, etc. passwords. The cabin is in the woods, and you will likely see and hear critters. Bears are rare, but stay away from them. We maintain the property with monthly pest control. However, if doors are left open, or food is left outside the house, this can attract critters. All guests must be 25+ with the exception of children with their parents. 14 person maximum. No pets allowed. No parties. The cabin has a noise monitor and one camera on the front deck as part of our security system. No smoking. If you violate any of these rules, you will be asked to leave immediately without a refund, and you will incur an additional cleaning fee. Unfortunately, we cannot provide refunds for storms, natural disasters, or power outages. If there is a power outage, there will be no water and no heat. This is rare, but if a storm is in the forecast during your reservation, come prepared with water and non-perishable food, etc. The hot tub is for guests 18 and over only. Use the hot tub at your own risk. The cabin was very well air conditioned. The beds were comfortable. Access to the cabin was no issue (main road most of the way and then a short gravel road up to the cabin). Used the grill and hot tub without any issues. Would recommend this cabin wholeheartedly. It was perfect for our family. Everyone had their own space. We enjoyed the movie room at night for family movies and the game room always had activity!!! The kitchen is well equipped for making meals for 10 people! And we loved being able to all sit around the table for dinner! We have stayed at many VRBO's and this is one of only a few where we can all sit at the table together for meals, games and conversation. The back porch on the property is sweet. We also had a great time around the fire pit while some of us played in the hot tub. THE LOCATION IS PERFECT TO GO TO ALL THE ACTIVITIES IN GATLINBURG, PIGEON FORGE AND SEVIERVILLE EASILY. That being said\~the location is also very private\~which we enjoyed after our busy days out and about in the area. One of the best parts of this location is working with Billy and Elizabeth. First there was glass on one of the decks my sister found and we had to clean up so our little kids didn't get it. Then the game table had wires underneath hanging out and burnt my uncles fingers because he felt something shocking his leg. When we walked in the house it smelt like deep fried fish and he showers had hair in them. I also think there needs to be so grips on the steps and around the hot tub because it was so slick people fell. Despite all of that it was a beautiful cabin. The location was great and peaceful. Very well stocked kitchen. We loved the game room and movie theatre the most. Spent every night playing pool and cards at the poker table We absolutely would stay here again. Road coming in was a little confusing in the dark, but the owners gave us great directions and we got there just fine 20 minutes from Pigeon Forge and all the fun. Gatlinburg is 10 miles away, but with traffic it still took 1 hour, also something to keep in mind if you don’t know the areas and are looking forward to Downtown Gatlinburg. This is a wonderful home. It is well stocked and has really been kept clean and nice. We really appreciated all of the baby gear and the game room and movie theater for the children. We had a wonderful time at this cabin. Our party was able to enjoy the hot tub, the pool table, various arcade games, and an Air hockey table. We also had a wonderful time with the little ones watching Christmas movies in the theater! The hosts are very quick to reply and are very gracious and helpful even when the questions you’re asking is information you should have right at your fingertips. The checkout process was the easiest of any VRBO I’ve been to. That’s probably one of the most stressful times for me is when we’re trying to leave. The list in most rentals is so long and I’m always so worried that they’re going to want to charge me a fee on top of the cleaning fee that I’ve already paid because of the meticulous instructions they give. This was straightforward and simple. First time I’ve ever been to a rental like this where I didn’t have to strip my own sheets! The outside had plenty of room to run around for the young ones in our party. We would definitely stay here again. ##### Erica O.
