We had an issue with the A/C when we got there and the owner got that resolved the next morning, which was fine b/c it was a cool rainy night and although it was around 80 degrees in the house the bedrooms cooled off. The owners were very responsive even late at night when we were trying to get the A/C situation figured out. Location of the house was in a good location in regards to accessibility to stuff in Pigeon Forge and the Sevierville Convention Center. Hot tub was clean. Would recommend for all those tournament parents out there. ##### Rusty W.
