Designed for up to 6 guests, this cozy yet spacious home offers the perfect blend of comfort and adventure. Step inside to an open-concept living area with plush seating, a warm fireplace, and serene mountain-inspired décor. The fully stocked kitchen features ample counter space, modern appliances, and everything needed to prepare meals or grill out on the charcoal BBQ. Gather around the dining table for shared meals or head to the game room for some friendly competition. Each bedroom is a peaceful sanctuary with plush bedding, soft lighting, and calming design—perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. The primary suite includes a king bed and en-suite bath, while the guest room offers two twin beds for flexible sleeping arrangements for families or friends. There is also a sofa sleeper in the living room. Outside, the expansive wraparound porch invites you to sip morning coffee while listening to birdsong or enjoy a glass of wine in the private hot tub under the stars. The community pool, open seasonally, is just a short walk away, along with lake access for boating, fishing, and picnics. The area boasts gorgeous views of the Great Smoky Mountains and Douglas Lake and is only 10 miles from Interstate 40 and 20 miles from Dollywood. \*Important Notice: Douglas Lake is seasonal, and water level is minimized after October. To make room for winter storms, the Tennessee Valley Authority (TVA) slowly lowers the elevation-often 25 feet from summer to winter-starting in early October. That seasonal drawdown exposes red-clay flats, reduces evaporation rates in cold weather, and resets the shoreline for next year’s rise. \*Lake Douglas is known for striped bass and crappie fishing \*Absolutely no pets! \*Hot tubs take up to 6 hours to heat up after they have been cleaned in case the water is not hot when you check in. \*We cannot do early check-ins or late check-outs from Memorial Day to New Years Day. \*All late check-outs have to be pre-approved 24 hours in advance, or a $100 fine will be charged if you stay past check-out time without permission. \*Community pool is open from Memorial Day to Labor Day. \*Directions to the pool: Turn right out of driveway onto the main road.
