It was everything we needed for our babymoon. We are leaving refreshed! We loved how it was about 20 minutes from Pigeon Forge, and 40 from Gatlinburg. We appreciate having some distance from the business of the popular towns. The only complaint we have is that the surround houses have dogs that they just let off leash, like 5 dogs. Didn’t have an issues with aggression but they’re reactive, bark a lot, and poop everywhere. This was a great get away for a short friends trip before Christmas. Just close enough to town if you need to go somewhere, but not in the middle of the busy traffic. Not too far away but also not in a busy area. The cabin backs up to the woods and there are some chickens and a rooster that will give you a wake up call nearby.
