There aren't directions on how to use the stairway a/c and it would automatically turn off. We checked in on a Sunday, and called to put in a work order, but it was never addressed while we were there. The pool was dirty, had hair floating in it, the jets weren't working. I asked on Sunday check in to have it inspected and water levels checked, and it never happened. There is a rodent living in the attic that you can hear from the whole house. It seems as though this house has been vacant and unkept for a long while. For the price you pay, it would be nice if they gave a dishwasher pod or even an extra trash bag. There are nails sticking out in doorways, I got snagged and put a hole in my shirt. ##### Lisa W.
