It had enough space for two families. Kitchen was a bit small but we were not doing too much cooking. Closest grocery store was 15 minutes away but it was totally worth not being in the hustle of Pigeon Forge or Gatlinburg. Very Relaxing. Hot tub was a plus. We would definitely stay here again. It was private with goid charm. The only minor issue was the fact that the second floor is noisy. As in the actual structure itself is really loud. Having an extra living space was a plus. Big eating area for family meals, however the kitchen is on the small side but had everything you needed.
