Please pack your dog bedding and a crate. We would ask you to keep it of the couches, blankets and beds and crate it when you not there. If there’s any damage or scratches there’s going to be extra charge! We take care pet fee payment after booking is confirmed with separate payment. 2 dog max. We do require them to be crated when you’re not in the cabin with them. Check-in time is 4pm and check-out time is 10am. We need the 10am-4pm window to allow time to clean/sanitize the cabin and address anything maintenance related. 1\. This cabin is privately owned/managed. Owners are not responsible for any accidents, injury or illness that occurs while on the premises. The homeowners are not responsible for loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guests. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from the use of the premises or others who they invite to use the premise. 2\. HOT TUB (No children under the age of 18 permitted in hot tub at anytime without adult supervision) Remember when using a hot tub certain health-risks are associated. Use at your own risk! Our housekeepers drain, sanitize, re-fill and replenish chemicals before your arrival. Therefore, it may be later that evening before it is hot and ready for your enjoyment. DO NOT SIT OR STAND ON HOT TUB COVER. They can break and you may be charged for replacement. Remember when not using the hot tub to leave the lid closed so hot tub will stay warm. 3\. Any damage to any items in the cabin including couches, chairs, tables, TVs, hot tub, beds, sheets, towels, pillows, etc., are the responsibility of the renter. Every item will be looked at before arrival and after departure. If you cause damage, notify the owner immediately. We will find it and charge you regardless if substantial. It is our home. Please treat it as if it were your own. 4\. Smoking is not allowed inside the cabin and drugs of any kind are not permitted. Fine is $500 5\. Fireplace is on and working between October 1st until April 1st. 6\. Please do not throw any food or trash off of the decks. 7\. We have stocked the cabin with many items including start-up supplies. However, you will likely need to supplement with your own during your stay such as toilet paper, paper towels, soaps,etc. Absolutely no grease to be drained in any sink or toilet! 8\. NO REFUNDS for weather related issues, road conditions, power outages beyond my control. 9\. NO REFUNDS for a long term reservations. 10\. Only 8 people max occupancy including children! 11\. Keep doors closed during your stay to keep bugs/critters out. You are in the mountains. AC works great when all the doors are closed. 12\. BEARS: There is a very good chance you will see bears near the cabin, do not feed the bears! Also do not leave food in your car, bears can damage you vehicle trying to get to food and we will not be responsible for such damages. \*\*Upon Check-Out\*\* See below: To help our housekeeper prepare for the next guest follow rules below: 1-Please empty fridge completely. 2-Please discard all BAGGED trash in the outside trashcan. 3-Please load all dirty dishes in dishwasher and run cycle. The cabin was clean and the host was very responsive. The hot tub by the river over looking the farm with horses was one of the highlights. The location is very close to Dollywood and pigeon forge. It was very easy to find, very peaceful and serene location. Picturesque, in fact. Log cabin home on a quite little river/creek in the backyard. Woke up to seeing beautiful horses galloping in the pasture on the other side of the creek. Everything was spic and span with freshly clean linens, towels, and everything needed to fix meals in the gorgeous open kitchen. We spent most of our trip hiking and enjoying outdoors, and when the temperature dropped in the evening, we especially enjoyed the cost fireplace, and the very clean and hot hot tub which is privately located on the huge back porch facing the river. This cabin was very clean and it was nice drinking coffee in the morning on the balcony watching ducks on the river. Also, the cabin was located close to all the attractions. This cabin was just right for my husband and I. It had just the right amount of room for us. The bedrooms are big. The kitchen had everything we needed and the table was awesome. It is right on little Pigeon river and is so relaxing on the back deck. We will definitely stay here again. It was so easy getting in touch with and communicating with the owner. Wonderful person and always so polite. It would be a good place to stay with a couple of kids. There is a loft upstairs with games and a futon. All over great place to stay. ##### Rhonda H. The host sent out a tech but the ac was in fixable so we were told we could go somewhere else if we wanted. A refund would be given. We left after only one night. I paid 2230.00 for the cabin and was only given 1119.00 refund from VRBO. I feel I was robbed! I will never again use VRBO again! I will never recommend it to my friends and family! ##### Lee W. Location is wonderful to other sites within minutes to Pigeon Forge. Cabin is very nice needs some love touch up but we would stay there again. Hot tub clean and hot. The creek/river was very enjoyable to relax by, do some fishing, wading and there are some tubers that float by during the day. Only downside close to road.
