Check in and out was very easy, the property manager checked on us to see if there was anything we needed (very thoughtful). Cleanness of this place was 10/10\. The kitchen was stocked with everything you could've needed for a simple meal. Our favorite part of it was the hot tub, even our 2 and 4 year old loved it! We really enjoyed being a little away from all of the craziness of downtown Gatlinburg during spring break! Yes, the roads were narrow and winding, but that was part of the appeal! We were truly in a mountain cabin for our stay! Additionally, this cabin had everything we needed and more! The host checked in a couple of times to make sure we had everything we needed. Everything was clean and we were provided with everything that we expected. I was so happy when we arrived a little later than planned on our first night and there was a bag of microwave popcorn set out for us (along with a few other things). This saved us from having to find an open store and drive in the dark on roads we were not yet familiar with.
