The property was as advertised. The views were beautiful. The beds were comfortable. Check-in and check-out procedures were clearly identified and easy to follow. We appreciated the cable TV service.
Main floor bathroom needed a little more cleaning. Cabin is beginning to show wear and tear on the outside steps and decks. However, overall we were very pleased with the accommodations. Really enjoyed the quiet mornings with coffee on the deck.
The cabin was just as pictured in the listing! It was really cozy and comfortable. We enjoyed the hot tub and pool table. Be prepared for steep hills and twists and turns to get there but it is very worth the drive!! Beautiful views!
My sister and I stayed here and we loved it. It was an awesome cabin. Great location a little ways out of town from pigeon forge but a great place. Everything was perfect. We even got to see a mama bear and 3 baby bears near our cabin and one big bear right outside our bedroom window.
The drive to the cabin is very hilly. First day there we did see bears…very exciting. Very nice area.
Cabin is the perfect size for one or two couples. Nice views.
The cabin was well maintained and had everything we needed. We loved that they had a little Christmas tree up and everything had a homey feel. Besides the other cabins, it was very secluded and even with the other cabins, it was still quiet. We loved the view and the extra amenities like the game machine, pool table, and hot tub. Our family had a wonderful time and highly recommend to anyone looking for a cabin in Gatlinburg!
The location of the cabin was perfect. It was quiet and serene. We did have several bears but they didn’t bother us. The neighbor is populated enough to be safe but quiet enough to enjoy the peace.
We had a great spring break getaway with our teens. The house accommodated the 4 of us with plenty of space to spread out. We enjoyed the hot tub with spectacular views. The neighborhood is perfect with amazing views and away from all the hubbub of Gatlinburg. Easily accessible to the park. We enjoyed a day at Dollywood, Cade’s Cove, Abram Falls Hike, Lynn Camp Falls Hike via Middle Prong Trail, a drive on the Foothills Parkway with a hike to Look Rock. Great breakfast at Hillbillies and pizza from Sloppy Hog. Great getaway!
The cabin is very spacious. High ceilings, plus the loft and floor to roof windows in the back are a plus. Quick drive into wears valley, I recommend the brunch at Elvira’s cafe on Sunday. Get the quiche.
This was a nice cozy cabin in the preserve resort. Although having other cabins nearby it still felt very private and peaceful! It has a beautiful view of the mountain ridges. Everything was as described. Overall we were very happy with this cabin and enjoyed our stay! Would recommend. The property owners were very easy to work with as well.
We are a couple in 60’s who came for a weekend getaway! We brought our 9 lb yorkie girl and had a blast! Very relaxing cabin with all you’d want. Hot tub was amazing, pool table, big electronic game machine. Beat my wife at Pac-Man. Our second evening we even had a huge mama black bear 10 fly off our deck. We saw the baby sliding down a tree. Only drawback was drive to it. It was kinda brutal lol. But loved it and would love the to go back! Best communication and ease of everything! Highly recommend!

Decent For Staying w/ Pets
We stayed 5 nights with my family of 5, my in-laws, and our 2 small dogs during the week of Christmas. They had a Christmas tree set up which was a lovely touch to our holiday stay. The cabin layout was as expected and had plenty of room for all of us. Wish there were extra linens and blankets available though. Cleanliness could definitely improve, but wasn’t terrible. Cookware and cooking utensils were very lacking. The furniture was worn and covered in pet hair (not our own). For the price we paid, we were expecting top notch, but overall, our experience wasn’t bad.
The location is quiet and cozy nestled in the mountains. Have stayed in the same resort area before and knew what to expect. The cabin was as pictured on the site, so no surprises there. However one very disappointing factor was the cleanliness of the cabin. Crumbs were all over the floor and wrappers under the main bed and in the dresser draws. The floors needed a good wash or two as well. The cleaning service needs to step up in a major way. Every evening we had bears visit the property and surrounding cabins. The evening visits by the bears were awesome to take in! If you are looking for a quite mountainside retreat filled with nature, this cabin will not disappoint. Nice quiet area away from the hustle and bustle of Pigeon Forge & Gatlinburg, but still close enough to drive to. The owners were quick to respond and easy to access when needed.

Spring break
The drive up to the cabin was great! Loved the winding roads and scenery. The overall stay was good. The upstairs bed cover had a hole in it and wasnt very warm. The upstairs batnroom toilet got plugged everytime we would flush it. The jacuzzi tub jets didnt work. Or we just couldnt figure it out, which was fine. The hot tub was nice, but smelled a little funky, like there wasnt any chemicals in it. The view was great, they did cut down some trees so the view of the mountains were great! My kids had no complaints, they loved the arcade and pool table. Great location to small town stores and coffee shops. We loved that we had to drive through the great smoky mountains to get to Gatlinburg! Overall we had a great Spring break
Beautiful cabin, great views, easy check in process, comfortable beds! It is pretty far up the mountain with winding roads, but easy to find following maps. There are directions for how to use everything, including the TVs, which was very helpful.
