Upon your arrival, you will immediately feel right at home here! Snuggle by the wood-burning fireplace or unwind in the hot tub as you take in the scenery. From the deck, enjoy the gorgeous early morning sunrise, long-range mountain vistas, and the sparkling lights of Pigeon Forge at night—perfect for relaxing after a day of adventure. Sleeping Arrangements: Oliver Overlook comfortably sleeps up to 6 guests. The main level has a queen bedroom. The loft features a king bedroom with its own private bathroom and a game room with a futton. Location & Access: The cabin is easily accessible with only three steps to the front door. Conveniently located off Wears Valley Road, just 5 miles from Pigeon Forge, Oliver Overlook offers the perfect balance of seclusion and proximity to attractions, shopping, and dining. Perfect For: A family vacation, a honeymoon, an anniversary, a girls getaway! Oliver Overlook is the ideal retreat to relax, recharge, and make lasting memories. The last 1/4 mile to the cabin is a steep, curvy, one-lane, paved private road. Normally, a 2-wheel drive is sufficient, but inclement weather requires a 4-WHEEL/ALL-WHEEL DRIVE. In the winter, we highly recommend TRAVEL INSURANCE in case mountain roads are impassable due to snow or ice. BE AWARE- You are in Bear Country, do not feed bears or leave food in cars. Lock the car door. BRING YOUR OWN - Charcoal for grilling and Firewood for the wood-burning fireplace in winter. NO PETS - $300 fine and asked to leave KEEP IN TOUCH - If you have any problem, let us know while you are there, we will try our best to solve it. The cabin itself and surrounding it was very clean, the heat and ac worked as should! The hot tub location was on point with an amazing view of the smokies! The cabin isolation was good with trees and mountain sides blocking other cabins so we felt as if we were the only ones there! I would recommend this cabin to anyone.
