Huge Pool Cabin with Spectacular Views - Last Minute Discounts!

Awesome Cabin with breathtaking views for miles in Amazing location off the Smoky Mountain Parkway 5 mins from everything.
Professionally decorated for the holidays
Barrett's Lookout is a brand new cabin completed in March of 2022. It boasts a massive kitchen with granite countertops, custom cabinets and extra appliances for large groups and entertaining. The first floor has a tremendous 20 foot pool, 65" television, 2 seating areas with an outdoor hot tub and amazing views.
In all there are 3 full size porches across the 3 floors of the cabin with plenty of seating to relax.
This amazing cabin was professionally decorated and sleeps 16 guests in 3 King Bedrooms, a queen over queen and twin over twin bunk room each with en suite full bathrooms as well as 2 queen size sleeper sofas in living and game rooms.

Enjoy your coffee as you watch the sunrise over Mount LeConte or the 'smoke' covering the smoky mountain peaks in the distance as this luxury cabin boasts the best views in all of Shangrila.

The location of the property is exceptional as it is 5 mins off of the Parkway which connects Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge with the Smoky Mountain National Park.

We manage this property ourselves so there are no large companies to deal with. It is very special to us and we hope all of our guests treat it and take care of it as if it was there own.

The cabin was spotless and exceptionally well stocked—perfect for prepping and cooking our Christmas meals.The amenities were fantastic. Having a pool was a huge bonus for the little ones to burn off energy, and the adults enjoyed it just as much. The hot tub was clean, relaxing, and a wonderful way to unwind.Truly, we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Don’t think twice about booking this fabulous cabin!

Beautiful property did not disappoint. Love the location it’s close to everything. Pool and hot tub is perfect and our family really enjoyed our stay. Only concern was the top floor AC did not cool very well and remained about 6 degrees warmer than rest of cabin and that’s where the majority of rooms are.

This is an amazing property and was perfect for our family. We were a party of 6 with one dog, and it worked out perfectly. The pool was a nice size and was a lot of fun. We did not get a chance to try the hot tub (too hot out!), but it looked clean and inviting.The location was great. Some communities have steep roads but these were fine, with only a few minutes required to get to the Parkway.We enjoyed sitting on the deck out back. Really nice views of the mountains, and below the house was a small hollow that had a nice selection of wildlife, especially birds and even a bear passing through one morning. Check in/out was easy, and communications with Corey were quick and easy throughout the booking process and stay. We will definitely look to stay here in the future if/when we return to the area.

Beautiful cabin with a great location!! We had a few minor issues but Corey responded and handled the issues immediately, he was awesome to work with!! The grandkids loved the pool and hot tub!! We would definitely stay here again!!!

The only issue was the indoor pool. It was very cold causing nobody wanting to get in. The bottom liner was very wrinkly making it hard to stand on.Other than the pool, it was a very nice place for the family. We still enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful cabin but people around so loud

We were there Friday and Saturday night and the cops got called both nights because of the people around. It was so loud we had people that left at 2 AM because they couldn’t sleep because of the people around us partying and when the cops were called, they were told there was no noise ordinance. the cabin was beautiful but people around were loud but other than that, I mean it the best cabin we’ve stayed in

Perfect location with a lovely view

The home was everything we needed and was in a great location. We were traveling from all over and there was plenty of room and space for 8 of us. Our grandchildren loved having their own bunk room. The owner was very responsive to any questions we had. We used the pool everyday which we were pleasantly surprised was bigger than it appears in the pictures. We would stay here again.

This was by far, the nicest, most fun cabin/lodging we’ve ever had in the Pigeon Forge/Gatlinburg area! Our teens and kids loved the pool and hot tub! The adults loved everything about the house! Huge entertaining area, great room sizes, great location!!!
