Upon entering, you will notice the beautiful vaulted ceilings and open concept design. The kitchen leads into the living room where you will find a TV with Amazon streaming services and warm fireplace welcoming you to sit and relax. The cabin then continues into the Game Room, where you can let loose and have a little fun playing pool and sitting next to our repurposed whiskey barrel table. To the left of the game room through the double doors leads you into the Master Bedroom, where you will dream on a comfortable queen-sized mattress and soak in the Large Jacuzzi Tub. Just outback of the Main Space, is the Large Balcony with Beautiful String lighting, comfortable rocking chairs, and a 6 person Jacuzzi overlooking the creek bed below. This is the perfect location to unwind in the evening and breath the fresh mountain air. No Parties Allowed All guests must be listed and documented in booking. Pets welcome - Our pet-fee is additional for up to two pets for the duration of the stay. Just make sure the pets are part of your reservation, if not the pet fee will be requested before or after your stay. Guest Access Full access to the cabin and all amenities. \*\*\*Please be advised that we have EXTERNAL video monitoring in place at the property. There is a single camera that monitors the front door entrance. This is for both the safety of guests and the safety of the property. No regular footage of guests is recorded or maintained. NO INTERNAL cameras are present and YOUR PRIVACY is a top priority. If you have any questions about video monitoring, please let us know\*\*\* House Rules • No smoking indoors. Please use the balconies. Smoking inside will result in a $300 fee. • Checkout is at 10:00 AM. Late checkout past this time incurs a $75 fee. • Early Check-in / Late Checkout: We may be able to accommodate requests (up to 2 hours) for a $50 fee, depending on cleaner availability. • Pet fee is included in the nightly rate only when pets are added to the reservation. • Guests must pick up pet waste. A $75 fee per pickup applies (up to a $500 maximum). • No food or pets in the hot tub. • Maximum occupancy: 4 guests. Unregistered guests are strictly prohibited and may result in early termination of stay and/or additional fees. Refunds will not be issued if you are unable to access the cabin due to lack of proper winter vehicle equipment. There is a nearby cabin under construction, so there may be some daytime construction noise on certain days. Absolutely amazing place and they even had everything for our dog. Wonderful location in between pigeon forge and Gatlinburg. Easy both ways to and from. Would highly recommend! The only hiccup I had was trouble with my phone service which I believe was due to the rain because once it stopped and dried out some my phone worked. I love this place and my family did too. The only small issue that we saw, we did not discover until after 10pm on our last night and so it was unnecessary to contact the property owners at that time, although I did follow up with a message through the app the next day for future guests to benefit. It was easy to find using a regular GPS. The pool table is a fun addition and the hot tub was fantastic. ##### Jennifer T. Nights spent in jacuzzi eating movies. Then warmed up by the fireplace. Short distance to all the great activities but yet secluded. Will definitely come again. Great little setup for dogs. Adorable cabin with awesome amenities. Even though we did not have our doggos this trip, we appreciated the special attention given to make this a dog-friendly cabin. It's beautiful and clean, you can tell the host pay attention to every little detail. It was the perfect place to spend our honeymoon. Great location, it's tucked away from traffic but also driving distance to restaurants and attractions. My favorite part was waking up and having our morning coffee on the back porch and listening to all the birds. We would absolutely reccomend this place to anyone and would love to return for another stay. ##### Tracy C. Great location, quite and private and just a few minutes from the wonderful attractions of Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. Check in was so easy, even at night. Upon arrival everything was very clean and welcoming. We loved being able to get up and cook our own meals. Pots and pans could use some up dating but they had everything we needed to cook our own meals. The hot tub was so relaxing after so much walking at Dollywood. The bed was comfortable and we both slept well. The pool table and games came in handy on the rainy day. I would definitely stay there again. ##### Danielle G. Beau & Daria were great hosts, with excellent communication. The cabin was exactly as pictured, very cute farmhouse decor & clean! LOVED the hanging basket chair!! My daughter and myself stayed, along with our dog. I found it to be perfect for us as well as our dog, (whom really enjoyed lounging on the back deck) 🙂 We also had a friend and his son stop in for a couple of nights. The cabin was accommodating to additional guests as well, as the sofa pulls out into a full size bed. I would recommend renting from Beau & Daria, and when we come back to the area, we would definitely stay here again! ##### Samantha Z.
