It's a beautiful cozy cabin with plenty of room for 5 people. Location is great, it feels private although there are other properties in the area. There are alot of attractions just a short drive away. You can have groceries and food delivered, or you can stay in and utilize the kitchen and grill. The hot tub was nice. I enjoyed sitting in the rocking chair on the porch every morning while sipping a cup of coffee. Everyone enjoyed their stay. We would definitely return to this property again. ##### Kimberly L. Nice cabin, as described. Very quiet area but very close to Pigeon Forge. New camp area style grill, doesn’t look like it’s been used yet. We didn’t use it, but everything was there if we wanted to, charcoal, lighter fluid, etc. The boys (13,11 and 1) loved to pool table and the theater room. The beds were very comfortable. The kitchen was also nice. The cabin as a whole was very comfortable. Overall, we enjoyed our stay in this cabin! Definitely recommend. ##### Jeff C. Everything was just like we were told it would be. The cabin was clean and stocked. I was able to get wheelchair in with no problem. I wanted a nice place that was quiet and had a hot tub. This time around we brought our 11 year old grandson and 5 year old granddaughter. We had such a wonderful time making cherished memories with them! The cabin is beautiful! Loved the wood carvings and detail! Very spacious and had more than enough to keep the grandbabies entertained. We were on the go constantly and I was actually kind of disappointed that we didn't have more time to stay in the property because there was so much to offer! We were able to enjoy a movie night in the theater room and enjoy the hot tub. My granddaughter loved the jacuzzi tub in the master bath. Overall a wonderful experience at a wonderful property! After we checked out, I reached out to the company by email and voiced our issues. I would have never left this negative review if they had gotten back to me with at least an apology. But today it has been 4 days and I have not heard anything back from them. I even responded to a message I got yesterday from them saying that my deposit had been refunded, asking did they receive my email from 3 days prior. Since their customer service is lacking and can't get back to a customer, I'm just going to let it all out here. The cabin and location was awesome, but when we arrived, the first thing we noticed was the cabin was very dusty. Like it hadn't been dusted in a while. Dust was caked up on top of the refrigerator, top of the video game machine, top of pictures and everywhere. We couldn't even turn the ceiling fans on because it just blew dust everywhere. Also, the pots and pans were nasty and scratched or rusted, we were not even able to use them for the exception of one pot.
