It is a luxurious condo with great views set along the Little Pigeon River. It is located in the Gated Community of Appleview Farm Plantation. Less than 1 mile from the famous Apple Barn Grill & Restaurant and less than 2 miles from Tanger Outlets. Conveniently located close to dozens of restaurants and entertainment venues. Apple Blossom Getaway is a peaceful getaway for the whole family and anyone vacationing together. Enjoy High Speed WiFi, Flat screen TV's in the living room and both bedrooms. Both bedrooms are located upstairs with King size beds(one roll away bed is available as well) and the living room has a large sectional sofa. You can accommodate 4-5 people. There are Ceiling fans in the living room, both bedrooms and in the screened in back patio. The condo has two full baths( one upstairs and one down stairs). Fully furnished kitchen with coffee maker and Dining Room table able to seat 4 with a Refrigerator with ice maker. The unit also comes with a Stacked Washer and Dryer. The outdoor pool and hot tub is located just a hop, skip, and a jump down from the Condo and is open from May to September at the discretion of on-site management. A gas fireplace is available during cooler months. The club house has Foosball, Air Hockey and Pool Tables and an Exercise room with a Dry Sauna. The area has plenty of room for picnics, playing or just about anything along the river. Fishing and floating in the river is allowed. Check In is 4pm and Check Out is at 10am(unless special arrangements have been made). My mother, preschool-aged son, and I absolutely loved it! We easily visited Dollywood, the Apple Barn, and the Tanger Outlets. We took scenic country roads to the Knoxville Zoo and the aquarium in Gatlinburg, where we saw a black bear strolling along the river. One evening, we heard coyotes howling from our patio. This location is the perfect combination of rural and convenient. The nearby Italian restaurant, Roma Table, is one of our favorites. We ate there three times during our six-night stay. However, when we were ready to relax, we just headed back to the condo and it seemed far away from the hustle and bustle. One afternoon, we walked around the community and could clearly see the mountain ranges. After we got back, we kicked off our shoes and sat in the rocking chairs on the front porch and listened to the birds. We felt the location was the best of both worlds! Close to everything. Quiet condo neighborhood. Immaculately clean. Both bedrooms are upstairs, so keep that in mind of stairs are a problem. We did not mind. Ceiling fans in both rooms are excellent.
