I go as far as asking them for their number again nothing any way we rented that cabin for 3 nights and 4 days and the area is great, but the cleanliness is misleading and poor. Large amounts of dust hanging on the wall in the living room, the ceiling fans was covered in dust in all rooms, the shower curtains had black mold on them the shower downstairs had black mold around the tub, The coffee pot was so dirty it has 2 dead bugs in the pot. The chairs at the kitchen table were old not stable to set in, the hot tub had beer bottle tabs around it. I have spoken with the host who was supposed to call me not once but twice and never did and told me we would discuss compensation never received the call I contacted her first instead of placing a review and they never done what i was told they would do which led me to make a post. I hoping u really read all reviews on these places before renting. I had arrived early and sent a message asking if the cabin was ready could we come on to the cabin I was told " let me check with my housekeeper " I was never contacted back to see if we can come early ".
