It’s a nice house, in a good location. Easy drive to both Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. The house feels secluded and the area is quiet. ##### Courtney N. Also, the tv remote in game room wouldnt work and had trouble getting maintenance to address this issue so kids unable to watch movies/tv in “movie room”. Basement area was smaller than expected. Small pedestal vanities in the bathrooms left no counter space and limited shelving for the shareable bath was not ideal. The fireplace in the living room didn’t work and there was not adequate seating in the living room for a house that sleeps 10, although the couches there were comfortable.
