My husband and I loved this place. We did have a couple of issues with the cleanliness of the indoor jacuzzi. But other than that we really loved it! The staff is GREAT. They’re very very helpful this entire process.

Great location
Location location location. Easy to get anywhere fast. Small. Tucked into a wooded area so no view. Some tlc needed - broken blinds , minimal kitchen supplies , no glasses and only like 5 plates. Bring your own supplies if you want to cook Pool cues didn’t have pad on end Front patio was dirty. Hot tub was nice. Fireplace. Water. Heat and cool all worked great.

Needs to be updated
No internet but the surrounding cabins had internet. Soap caked in the soap dish. Glass shelf by the bathroom sink was dirty. A pile of beer cans right below the porch. Musty smelling. Kitchen floor and rug needs updated. Walls and shams needed wiped down.
The cabin is very nice genuinely as described, quiet location, easy access, between Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge, that was a plus, everything is beautiful and in good working order, would definitely recommend.
Only bad things, there is no wifi, it is not listed anywhere in the description and we feel it should be. Not a problem for us but would have been nice to know beforehand. Only other complaint is that one of the pool sticks doesn’t have a tip, hard to shoot pool like that.

Long weekend getaway!
The location is great for a couple wanting to explore Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge! The Cabin was not cleaned well. Very dusty on arrival. The air vent especially. The hot tub is nice but they had too much chlorine in it to enjoy it, burned our eyes! Pool stick was broken. While packing our things to leave we noticed the trash can was very dirty and we found a condom underneath the bed. Proving our point that the cabin was not well cleaned prior to our arrival. The tv in the bedroom does not work!
Overall our stay was nice although there where some things that should of been fixed before guest arrival. There was only 1 functional light bulb in the kitchen fixture, no fitted sheet on the bed just a flat sheet tucked around, no filter cover for the hot tub so alot of debris was floating around in it, and there's really not enough room to play pool where the table is. Also one pool stick was broken and the other one had a bad tip. Also the shower head couldn't be moved and it's a small shower so we had to stand against the wall to not have the water right in out face.
The booking and check in was great! Location was good, between pigeon forge and Gatlinburg. More on the Pigeon Forge side. Cabin was small but for two people it would be ok. The stay was overall good but could have been better. Bed was very uncomfortable even thought about leaving early because my wife and I didnt sleep well for 4 nights. The pull out beds were pull out beds nothing spectacular. Pool table was nice but couldnt play all sides because of the small room. Hot tube was also a good feature but there are 4 or 5 other houses looking down on you. Alarm kept going off randomly inside through out the night. Shower head needed to be replaced. After a couple of days we felt cramped here. On the positive side, overall the house provided everything needed as advertised. If the bed got replaced and shower head that would be a great start. Our stay wasnt horrible and we had fun but again wanted to point out the things that could have made it better.
House was clean and as advertised. The house was a perfect size for a couples getaway. There were plenty of towels for us two and even an extra set of bed linens. This is the most private cabin rental we’ve found in the Gatlinburg/pigeon forge area to be in a community and this close to town, which is awesome. The rental company even gives you 1 free ticket to an attraction per day so that was awesome! Tips/thoughts I think would be helpful if you are considering booking: 1. There was no cell service for us at the cabin (Verizon and Spectrum carriers) but wifi helped us do calls and texts. 2. Ask if they changed the mattress. I did let them know it was hard as a rock and they responded well so hopefully that will get replaced soon. But I’d ask if they did replace it, or plan to bring a pad or something, because that was miserable. 2. the main way to get in and out of the neighborhood is very convenient to both Gatlinburg and pigeon forge, which is why we chose it! But you have to get on and off the parkway that connects the two with no red light, and either going or coming back you have to get on and cross two lanes in a very short distance in order to make a turn. We were patient and it was fine, but it would be a nightmare to get in and out during peak traffic times like Christmas. There are alternate back roads you could take but that adds about 8-10 min on curvy roads. Overall would recommend and do recommend the rental company, had a good experience.

Over charged for what is it worth. And the unbearable urine smell
The first thing I noticed walking in was a unbearable urine smell which caused us not to eat at the table or living room. The bathroom next to the kitchen wad where that horrible smell was coming from. I wanted to write message the property manager but there was no Wi-Fi. It is guaranteed the you will not have Mobile service or it will be very poor service. I’m sure they know this but yet there is no WI-FI. Couldn’t play pool because the area is not big enough to play. We wanted to sleep on the pullout couch to enjoy the fireplace but the pullout was broken. The driveway ruined two pairs of my brand new expensive shoes because is was so soggy muddy. At least put some gravel down. I will never go back especially after paying so much of my money. The strong urine smells and no Wi-Fi is the main reason why we didn’t want to be there unless we had too. You people know what is going on but you still take peoples money. Fix your problems. Or charge what it is worth.
Wonderful cabin close to everything you want to do

Adorable little cabin
Overall a nice little cabin. Close to everything! Easy drive up the mountain to get to the cabin. Well equipped kitchen. Just a few minor issues. Missing a few lightbulbs. Big black ants inside the cabin (we’re aware being in the woods this happens). No matter how much we tried to secure it.... every single night our outdoor trash was spread out all over our deck by the local wildlife. They need it in a locking cage like all the neighbors. Fireplace would not stay lit. Maintenance came right out to fix it but by the next day it quit working again. Despite these minor issues we enjoyed our stay here!
