We absolutely loved our stay!! The beauty of the surroundings and not having neighbors for the week made us feel as if we had the area to our selves! The vents were dusty but overall the place was fantastic!! Thank you for allowing us to enjoy your property! We would definitely suggest you to our friends!!
The cabin was good, for the most part. We did have people tripping on area rugs with curled corners. The shower on the third floor would leak into the shower on the second floor when in use. The ceiling fan in the living room was very thick with dust and our little ones feet were filthy after walking around without shoes. Other than those issues, it was fine. I own a cleaning business so I probably look and see things others would not. Overall it was a good stay.

The unit was great, view was amazing. The location was close to all shopping, attractions, and actiivities however it was a little difficult to find and the road while paved was very steep and winding. Jessie who was our primary contact regarding the property was wonderful to work with and very pleasant.. I would recommend this group to others.

Summit Cabins
The Cabin is a little on the older side but is still very nice. We did walk in and find someone’s bra pad under the covers on one of the beds. Not really sure how that happened. On our 2nd or 3rd night we did have an issue where the bath tub on the 2nd floor was leaking out the vent above the 1st floor bath tub. this only leaked when the jets in the tub was turned on. Messaged the host and did not hear anything back. i would still rank the cabin a 7/10. There was also some cats that stayed on the front porch. My 3 month old child really liked to sit at the door and watched them play. that was a plus.
Cabin was clean and well appointed. King beds were comfortable but my adult son said he could feel springs in queen bunk. Reported water dripping from overhead return vent in front bathroom but received no response. Front BR bed rails collapsed and my son had to repair to be useable.
Something going on with tv in living room but could still watch it. I can't see what I'm typing so will stop here. bedroom
We stayed November 29th through December 1st check in procedure sucked check in at 4:00 we did not get into the house until 5:00 we were sitting in the driveway waiting for them to finish cleaning. This location is in a subdivision of rentals no privacy. No mountains views to speak of. We had a total of 12 adults and 10 grandchildren. One of the first things we ever do in a house is to start a pot of coffee coffee pot does not work it flooded the kitchen counter. Another unexpected cost we had to go buy coffee pot. The TV was almost impossible to work literally had to download apps on our phone because the TV remote was not found. Saturday about 10:00 a.m. we finally figured out how to work the TV so we can watch the Carolina Clemson game. After an adventurous day not in Sevierville definitely but pigeon forge and Gatlinburg we all convened back to the house for baths food well after bath in the second floor front bathroom when drain leaked into the ceiling of the first floor front bathroom. The second floor shower in the back bathroom while draining leaks into the first floor back bathroom. The hardwood floors throughout the house or ridiculously damaged at one point on the upstairs second floor the word fool is quite apparent when coming off of the stair landing and you know what to be honest with you that's what I feel that I am cuz I've been taking advantage is expensive as this house is to have these issues I must be a damn fool.
Great scenery and location. We were about 20-30 minutes from everything we were interested in doing: restaurants, Dollywood, stampede, white water rafting…The house had several things to do hot tub, arcade games, tv in every room and pool table. We really had a great relaxing time.
The light was out in the kitchen the first day and night. It was the second day before it was fixed and I had to call about it. We picked the cabin because of the games for the kids. The air hockey game did not work very good and the arcade game would not come on and that was very disappointing. Other than that, it was a nice stay.
This was a double 50th anniversary and Reunion. Both my husband and I and my brother-in-law and sister-in-law celebrate our 50th wedding anniversaries this year so we pooled our money and rented this wonderful lodge for a week and had the whole family in for the week. It was wonderful. The lodge is close to all the main attractions of Sevierville, Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg Tn. Lodge is beautiful, spacious very livable. Great time.
Had a good time decent locatiom house needs some work but very nice other than the cuss words on the 2nd floor carved and chipped out in the floor both jacuzzi tubs do not work which was disappointing there some serious water damage done to the floors on the main level with a little work this would be a womderful property i am not disappointed with my stay just be warned if you have small children there is fpul language on the 2nd level floor where a carless renter was not considering the property owner and their hard work they have done to make this a family vacation home
The property itself was beautiful and easy to access. Summit Rentals was communicative and easy to work with. The amenities left quite a bit to be desired. For such a large property the kitchen only had 1 cereal size bowl, the rest were mixing bowls. It also didn't have enough silverware for our party of 15. It had 1 dish cloth, 1 oven mitt, and 1 dish rag. If you're coming with a large group, bring your own towels. They didn't have enough for 1/person. The ice maker in the kitchen did not work even after thawing it. The jacuzzi on the second floor was broken, there wasn't a button for the jets. That bathroom also has a very flimsy shower door that came down when my 9 year old was trying to close it. The curtains in that room and the 1st floor bedroom came down when trying to close them. The hot tub never got over 99 degrees even though it was unseasonably warm outside. We had a good time but I was disappointed that we couldn't use the jacuzzi or hot tub.
