Wedding friendly! Stunning, True Log Cabin with 270 degree views fully stocked and sleeps 12 comfortably: 3 King, 1Twin over Full Bunk, 1 Queen Sleeper Sofa, and 1 Twin Sleeper Sofa. Wifi + Comfy Mattresses, Luxury Kitchen, Pool Table, and Hottub! The property boasts expansive windows that flood the interior with natural light, creating a bright and inviting atmosphere. Come have an unforgettable experience with us, unwind, and enjoy the mountains! You will have full access in to the house. Super nice gated neighborhood with community pool (hours 10-8pm Memorial Day to Labor Day), Clubhouse for hosting weddings. We highly recommend grabbing your snacks and groceries before reaching the cabin, as there are very limited delivery options available once you're there. Cellular service might fluctuate, but our WiFi is consistently reliable. Guests are required to register through our Guest Portal to access their check-in information. Minimum age requirement is at least 25 years old to book. \*\*\*Community Pool typically opens over the Memorial Day weekend in May. It is typically closed after the Labor Day weekend in September, weather permitting (9am-5pm). The pool does not have lifeguard and do not provide towels. No pool passes required. There are lots of bears running around the cabins so lock your cars and do not leave any food inside. If you're lucky enough to experience a bear sighting, feel free to take pictures, but DO NOT attempt to pet them. These are still wild animals. Just a quick heads-up! Since the cabin is in the mountains, you might see some insects or ladybugs, especially in winter. They’re harmless, but we recommend keeping doors and windows closed and storing food securely. We also have regular pest control in place using safe, eco-friendly methods. Please note our cleaning fee is for general cleaning, trash removal and laundry. If the home is left exceptionally dirty, we may charge an additional cleaning fee depending on severity. NOTE: 4WD/AWD vehicles are recommended from December-April We wanted to let you know that the bedroom gas fireplace is currently out of service until further notice. The living room and outdoor wood fireplace can be used. We are already in the process of having it replaced. We appreciate your understanding. To open: It is a 4-digit combination. Press each button where the corresponding numbers are To lock: Press the 'padlock' button The gate and door code are displayed under "My Trips" We provide a starter pack of basic necessities, such as toilet paper, trash bags, soap/shampoo, and paper towels. Our cleaners also usually leave (if applicable) dishwasher tablets/dish soap, coffee, oil/salt/pepper, etc. We do our best to provide the basics, but please consider that it is really meant for getting you started in for shorter stays. If you need a little extra of any of these items, let us know, and we’ll do our best to assist you! You have a Charcoal type grill at this property, if you intend on using it, you will need to provide your charcoal. Please use the bear-proof containers on the outside of the cabin. Please do not leave food and trash on the decks and porches or in your vehicles. Bears are active and we are in their habitat. Bear protection: 1) Do not feed or interact with bears if you see them. Never get in between a mama bear and her cub. 2) Never run away from bears, they would think you are prey. Stay 50 yards away. 3) If needed, make loud noises and move slowly 4) Do not put trash outside unless it's in the bear-proof containers- it will attract bears! 5) Take pictures since they are so cute! But DO NOT approach. Lock car doors and cabin doors as bears have been known to get into them! 6) Remove all food and trash from your vehicles! Bears can smell it and can damage your vehicle trying to get to the food! 7) Keep your car doors locked at all times. Bears are getting wiser and they can open car doors.
