From the beginning Angie was very responsive with any questions we had. When we arrived the cabin was clean and everything was as described and in working order. They did not impact our stay so we chose to let them go and allow her to deal with them after we left. Had a bear show up a few times which was great to see. It had plenty of room to spread out & was nice that each room has its own full bath. Location was perfect, close to everything yet peacefully set up in a mountain with great views. I’ve stayed at VRBO’s across the country and this is by far one of the most comfortable and clean homes I’ve been in! The cabin is stocked for any type of cooking. Everything we used was near-new and in good working order. First impression was that everything was super clean! I’m a Lysol wipe down person and this place didn’t need it. Light switches, surfaces and bathrooms were all spotless. Carpet is like-new and we were all comfortable walking around bare foot. Everyone enjoyed relaxing in the hot tub, in the game room and on the porches. You can even hear the Dollywood train every hour or so! Only bad thing was it rained most evenings (expected in the spring in TN) so we didn’t try out the fire pit but it looked so inviting!Overall, I highly suggest this cabin for a group as small as our 6 (2 adult couples, and 2 tweens that required separate rooms) or fill it with a big family. There is plenty of space. Loved the privacy of the mountain top lot and didn’t ever hear or see the people renting the 2 other cabins also up there. Each person was very pleased with everything including my 88 year old mom! We enjoyed the game room and popped popcorn and watched Christmas movies! We grilled out in the deck and enjoyed the wonderful views! We went to Cades Cove and saw a bear! Christmas Day we went to Dixie Stampede and had a wonderful dinner and show.
