The floor plan is simple and quaint with a rushing smoothing swimmin’ hole. Guest bedrooms are on 2 levels with the main level suite with its own door leading out to the deck, and second-floor bedroom opening to a private balcony overlooking the river and the perfect place for starting or finishing your favorite book. For additional recreation, guests can engage a game of pool, or grab a raft and sit back and let your cares float away : ) For an unforgettable mountain river vacation, the Smoky Waters will leave you with some great memories to carry back home with you!!! For those looking for adventure, there is plenty to do here and for those just wanting to relax and recharge, you couldn’t have picked a better place. One thing is for sure, whatever brought you here, will also bring you back. Features and amenities • Fully equipped kitchen • Deck patio with outdoor furniture • Mountain View • Air Conditioning • Internet / Wi-Fi • Fireplace • Hot tub Parking • There are 2 standard parking spaces in front of the cabin. • The cabin does not have sufficient parking to accommodate 2 harleys, a truck and a trailer. Things to know • Gatherings of more than 8 people including both overnight guests and visitors are not allowed and may be subject to eviction. • The water at this cabin is provided by a Well Water System, which has a strong sulfur odor. The water is treated monthly by a professional water treatment company and is perfectly safe. Many guests, however, may wish to bring additional spring water for drinking purposes. • Just a Friendly Heads-Up! As you make your way to the cabin and travel around the area, please keep in mind that some of the mountain roads can be steep and winding—that's part of the charm of being in the Smokies! Drive cautiously, especially if it’s your first time in the area, and give yourself a little extra time. Most guests make the trip just fine, and the views are absolutely worth it! If you have any questions or need help with directions, feel free to reach out. Safe travels and we can’t wait to host you! House rules • At least one guest must be 25 years or older. (Proof of age will be required at check-in). • Guest acknowledges and understands that he/she is financially responsible for any and all property damage that may occur during the stated rental period which can reasonably be attributed to the rental party's negligence or abuse. • Check-in time is no earlier than 4:00 P.M. and check-out time is no later than 10:00 A.M. Late check-outs will result in additional charges. • Hot tubs are cleaned prior to your arrival. There is a $30 charge if you wish to have an additional cleaning of the hot tub during your stay. Instructions are provided at the cabin for proper operation and easy maintenance during your stay. • No Firearms-No Fireworks-No ATVs. • All of the cabins are located in the mountains of East Tennessee. As such, you are likely to encounter wildlife (deer, bears, raccoons, snakes, and bugs of various types, including wasps and/or hornets, etc.). We ask that if you do see wildlife, please admire these creatures from a safe distance and please DO NOT FEED THE WILDLIFE. We want to preserve wildlife in its natural state and try not to humanize the animals for their safety and yours. • This is a non-smoking cabin. • Any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $400.00 fine plus the cleaning costs necessary to remove smoke odors from the unit/house and/or linens. • State Identification Card or Driver License copy will be requested upon booking. • For same day late check-ins, you need to get the host's approval before booking.
