Welcome to your private Severna Park getaway, perfectly located between historic Annapolis and vibrant Baltimore. This recently remodeled 3-bedroom, 1.5-bath home blends modern upgrades with coastal-inspired décor, offering the ideal home base for families, friends, and couples (up to 7 guests) looking to explore the best of Maryland’s Chesapeake Bay region.  
  
Step inside to an inviting open-concept living space with hardwood floors, warm natural light, and stylish furnishings. The living room features a plush sofa, a 32” Smart HDTV, and high-speed Wi-Fi—perfect for cozy evenings in after a day on the water or sightseeing in town. The adjacent dining area is spacious and bright, with seating for six and sliding glass doors that open to the private backyard patio, where you’ll find comfortable outdoor lounge seating for relaxed evenings under the stars.  
  
The remodeled kitchen is a highlight, complete with stainless steel appliances, a full-size refrigerator, oven, stove, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, and all the cooking essentials you need for meals at home. Beautiful property in the best area of Severna Park! We always consider SP home but it was such a delightful place to enjoy the area. House is clean, setup of kitchen and comfy living room!! Oh and the yard was spacious!! Consider this place for your home away from home!
