These Sky Yard Patios provide the best of both worlds, with a fully screened patio and an open-air extended balcony. With nothing but blue sky above, guests can walk out and sunbathe leisurely taking in the scenic elevated views. Sky Yard Patios are exclusive to the fourth, fifth, and penthouse floors. They come furnished with an outdoor dining table with seating for six, plus a lounge area. It’s the perfect spot to start your morning with a cup of coffee or wind down the day with a sunset happy hour. Inside, the interiors feature vaulted ceilings, cool tiled floors, and modern fixtures. Central air conditioning, complimentary high-speed wifi, and satellite television programming will keep you cool and connected throughout your stay. Electrical Outlets same as USA and Canada The living area comes furnished with plush sofa seating, plus an entertainment center with a television and audio system. Enjoy all the comforts of home plus oceanfront views throughout the living area. The home’s three bedrooms sleep 6 guests comfortably. Sleeping Arrangements (Sleeps 6 guests total) Primary Suite - king bed, ocean views, walk-out access to the Sky Yard Patio, television, guest safe, ensuite with soaking tub and separate shower.
