There is a great patio that overlooks the beach with great views from the main living area. This condo is located on the 2nd floor, so is easy to access and in a great location that is steps away from the beautiful white sands of 7 Mile Beach & other amenities on property. Where this complex is located there is plenty of beach to take long walks and enjoy everything about the island! The condo is ideally located in a quite part of 7 Mile Beach. For my Husband and I, it was all things perfect - quiet and comfortable with just the amenities needed. We did have our 20 year old son with us, for him it was definitely a ways away from the “action” and we figured out the balance. The unit was exactly as described and we couldn’t ask for more. The market was close by and we had lots of space to be able to do togetherness or our own thing. The tennis/paddle ball courts were lots of fun. The snorkeling right off the beach was convenient and an easy adventure. Love the pool, never felt crowded. The unit is cozy and the view from the screened in porch is amazing. The property managers were very responsive and they provided the essentials (toilet paper, soap, laundry detergent, etc) to last us our short stay. The beach on the property has chairs and cabanas out for guests. The sand in the water is a little rocky in some spots but there are some soft sandy spots as well. The screened in balcony kept any bugs out, the kitchen was well stocked, the A/C and wifi worked really well, the sand and ocean are right in front of you and the location is close to most anything -just an easy drive from the more crowded parts of Seven Mile Beach. We went snorkeling just off the beach which was safe and easy. My only gripe is that the lighting in the living area was fine for watching TV, but not good enough for reading on the couch or chair.
