It is new, clean and comfortable. There is a pool which is an added plus. It is in a quiet corner of West Bay near the famous Calypso Grill (walking distance). The ocean view is not 7 mile beach. The apartment is around 7 minutes drive from Governors Beach and Cemetery Beach on the marina side of the water. I recommend a rental car. Parking is extremely easy with an assigned spot.
