Walking distance to everything! Welcome to Regal Beach Club 214, this cozy ground floor 2bedroom / 2-bathroom condo is beachy and homey and is the perfect place to wind down and relax. The master bedroom is elegant with a queen bed and has a TV and an ensuite bathroom. The guest bedroom has costal décor and 2 bunk beds (4 twin beds) perfect for the kids or extra guests. In the main living space, you’re greeted by a cozy kitchen perfect for cooking and making drinks while on vacation. Furthermore, the midcentury modern living and dining area creates a great space for entertainment and comfort, as you overlook the gorgeous garden whilst watching your favorite channels on the flat screen tv. Or you can watch the blue Caribbean Sea from your private, screened porch and enjoy the tropical sunsets. At the Regal Beach Club a washer/ dryer, Wi-Fi, SMART TV's, central AC, all linens, and a fully equipped kitchen are just a few of the amenities included for your stay. Continuing to Regal Beach itself, there is the infamous seven-mile beach perfect for swimming and snorkeling as well as the two beautiful pools with loungers and grills, perfect for BBQs, and the serene, manicured garden. Also, there is a small gym and tennis / pickle ball court for fitness on site. Finally, there are also recycling bins for our environmentally conscience guests. Whereas storms over the past two years have significantly reduced the size of the beach, stairs from the pool deck offer easy access to swimming in the sea directly in front of Regal Beach Club. Depending on winds and tides on any given day, beach lounging may be limited. However, Regal Beach Club only gets better! You’re conveniently within walking distance of many restaurants/bars, a yoga studio, spas, coffee shops and ATM. Also, there are great water sports next door at the Marriott hotel, which by the way has amazing afternoon teas and Sunday brunches. There is also the stunning Camana Bay which boasts a lively waterfront complex where you can satisfy your foodie cravings, browse the boutiques, shop for all things local and explore the weekly Farmers and Artisans Market (every Wednesday), as well as a 10 screen Movie Theatre. Furthermore, there’s a Foster’s grocery store a 5–10-minute walk away for your cooking needs or you can order your groceries prior to your arrival for maximum comfort (please contact a Cayman Villas Agent for this). They do have an area above the beach by the pool to hang out which we enjoyed. You could always stay here and drive or walk down a few resorts and get a lot more sand. We had some minor issues which were quickly resolved by the management staff. The Master bedroom mattress was extremely comfortable a bit high but we were able to resolve that issue too. We rented this property for a week in August for our family of 5 (3 kids). We specifically booked this property because the listing mentioned a King Size bed in the master and the bunk beds fir the kids in the second bedroom. When we arrived, the Master Bedroom was only a queen. When we contacted the listing manager she said that the property management sight was correct and she does not have anything to do with VRBO. The listing agent took no responsibility for the misrepresentation on VRBO however they have since updated the listing on VRBO to be accurate. Other than this, which we have no resolution on, our stay was good. The condo was clean, comfortable and had everything our family needed for a home away from home. The condo is alittle dated and can use so updating, but this didn't take away from our stay. Yes, the beach is eroded and is very minimal, but there are 7 miles of beach on the island if you want to go elsewhere if you want more sand. The water and proximity to the Marriott bar and grill and water sports was also a plus. Swimming was excellent and the ocean was very beautiful. Overall, we had a great stay at the Regal Beach but would recommend confirming the accuracy of the listings before you book. ##### Thomas D. The unit we stayed in Definitely needs to be remodeled There were only 5 umbrellas on the beach which made for a very hot day. Other then that the management was awesome and the staff. May 27, 2019 #### May 2019 Stay Perfect for our trip which included three teenage boys. We have been to Cayman in the past and love the location of this condo. Love walking to Camana Bay for dining and shopping along with the Wreck of the Cali for snorkeling. Pools were never crowded and condo provided everything we needed. May 8, 2019 #### Great condo on 7 mile beach We had an amazing stay at Regal Beach Club on 7 Mile Beach! The condo was spacious, comfortable and clean and the property is truly right on the beach. We could walk out our door and be at the pool or on the beach right away. The pool area was nicely kept up and mostly quiet - not too loud - and the beach area is amazing with chairs and umbrellas to relax on without the crowded hotel scene. The beach is a bit eroded in front of the facility however you are an easy walking distance to the wider and more stable Beach areas.
