Located in the heart of George Town, this condo offers breathtaking 180-degree panoramic ocean views. Enjoy modern amenities, stylish decor, and a prime location within walking distance to Camana Bay, shops, and restaurants. Whether you're looking to relax by the pool, explore local attractions, or indulge in water sports, this condo provides the ideal base for an unforgettable stay.  
  
We ensure you have everything you need for a comfortable stay. We provide plush towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and body lotion. Beach towels are available for your seaside adventures. Laundry soap and dishwasher tabs are included for your convenience. All you need to bring is your suitcase! Enjoy complimentary Wi-Fi access throughout your stay.  
  
To better assist you, we are pleased to provide assistance in either English or French.

Welcome to George Town Villas #208\. The complex is perfectly located near George Town harbor and within walking distance of Camana bay, shops and restaurants. The complex offers a swimming pool overlooking the magnificent ocean and 3 outdoor bbq.

George Town Villas is situated in a vibrant area with plenty to explore. From local markets to fine dining, you'll find everything you need just a short walk away. The nearby harbor offers opportunities for water sports and boat tours, making it an ideal spot for adventure seekers.

Ask us about our concierge services! We can assist with grocery pickup and delivery, book your restaurant reservations and excursions, or even arrange for a paddleboard rental and have it delivered directly to you. Let us take care of the details for a seamless vacation experience!

Host charges a 5% credit card processing fee on Booking . com, VRBO and direct bookings. 13% tourism tax will be added to all reservations. For bookings made through VRBO, Booking.com, and Direct Booking: A rental agreement will be provided for the upcoming reservation, and the submission of credit card information is required to complete the payment process. If the agreement is not signed and payment details are not provided within 24 hours, we reserve the right to cancel the reservation due to non-payment.  
  
Standard Cancellation Policy: 14+ days before check-in: Full refund, less a 3.5% non-refundable credit card processing fee. 7-14 days before check-in: 50% refund, less a 3.5% non-refundable credit card processing fee. Less than 7 days before check-in: No refund.

#### Clean, Easy, and Walkable

We really enjoyed our stay here! Very clean amenities and also came with extra benefits like beach towels and laundry machines. The host was super easy to communicate with at all times. The condo is an easy walk from a decent variety of restaurants as well. Will definitely be coming back.
