This property offers a swimming pool, BBQ facilities, and easy access to the beach. Perfect for a couple or a family, this apartment is your gateway to a relaxing vacation filled with sun, sea, and unforgettable experiences.  
  
The Space:  
The apartment offers a comfortable and inviting space, perfect for up to four guests. The bedroom features a comfy queen-size bed, ensuring a restful night's sleep. The living room provides additional sleeping arrangements with a sofa bed. The unit is furnished showcasing a unique Caribbean charm. The fully equipped kitchen provides all the essentials for preparing delicious meals. Guests can unwind in the screened-in back patio, enjoying the morning coffee/tea or relaxing with a cocktail in the evening. Stay connected with fast Wi-Fi, allowing you to share your vacation experiences with family and friends.  
  
Guest Access:  
Island Pine Villas provides complimentary parking in a lot next to the property. The complex offers a refreshing swimming pool with loungers to relax on the sundeck, perfect for soaking up the Caribbean sun, plus a communal BBQ and on-site coin operated laundry facilities.  
  
The Neighborhood:  
Discover the perfect blend of convenience and relaxation at Island Pine Villas, centrally situated in the lively Seven Mile Beach area. Enjoy the flexibility of having both bustling side of West Bay Road, and the serene beach section of SMB right at your doorstep. A short walk along a landscaped pathway, and you'll find Camana Bay, a vibrant outdoor center. Explore unique shops, catch the latest movie at the cinema, find your next read at the bookstore, treat yourself to ice cream, or enjoy a delectable meal at one of the many restaurants. For water sports enthusiasts, Governors Beach, Cemetery Beach and Public Beach are 5 minutes away, perfect for snorkeling and diving, and renting wave runners. Governors Beach features a substantial coral reef just 200 yards offshore, at a depth of 15 feet. Cemetery Beach offers smaller coral formations, also 200 yards out at a depth of 15 feet. Additionally, there is Smith Cove which offers beautiful coral formations just two feet under the water, easily accessible from the shore at 50 yards. Divers Supply is across the street from the property for snorkeling gear rentals.  
  
Getting Around:  
Getting around is easy! Local buses are available and will stop for you if you signal them from the side of the road, with most rides along West Bay Road costing around $2/person. Taxis are readily available for trips to specific destinations. If you're planning day trips or want to explore the island independently, renting a car is the best option. Many tour operators offer complimentary pick-up and drop-off services, so you might not need a car if you've booked a tour.

\*\*NOTICE: The swimming pool and deck will be closed for maintenance from Monday, August 4th until potentially Saturday, September 20, 2025\.   
Beach access will remain available for swimming.\*\*  
  
Please note that although there has been some beach erosion in the area with the passing of last season's hurricanes, there is still beach in front of the property accessible for lounging and swimming. You'll also find more beachfront just a short stroll north along the main road, giving you the opportunity to explore and experience the area.  
Note, the final quote includes the Cayman Islands Government 13% Tourism Tax.
