The front desk staff were friendly and helpful, and the room was clean, quiet and very comfortable. Upgrade to the river view option and you won't be disappointed. We were given vouchers for the breakfast buffet that was wonderful as well. We will definitely return to this hotel should we visit Pittsburgh again in the future. "
