My toilet didn´t flush, I had practically no hot water, the lighting in the room is awful, the carpets in the corridors are disgusting, the sink was filthy, the TV offered no sports channels, no films and only bizzare religious channels plus some right wing extremist channels. First hotel in my life without CNN !!! You obviously don't give a damn about your clients. If reservation is made with hotels.com or similar you have to call and go through another check in process online which makes it very inconvenient after long flight. Additionally the place is filthy!!! as I walked in I encountered roaches, the linen on the bed is only a sheet and another to cover yourself and they are super dirty.
