Located on the 1st floor of a quiet, tree-lined residence (no elevator). Shops are just 500 m away. The accommodation includes: an entrance hall with a practical closet, a bathroom with bathtub, sink, and toilet, a fully equipped kitchen (2 electric hobs, fridge-freezer, microwave, extractor hood, washing machine, dishwasher) opening onto a bright living room furnished with a sofa and a flat-screen TV and leading onto a terrace facing the sea, a bedroom with a double bed (140x190 cm) and wardrobe, and a bedroom with two single beds (90 cm) and a chest of drawers. The residence is pleasant. Private parking space no. 6, secured by an electric gate. A functional, bright apartment ideally located to fully enjoy the sea. Pets are not allowed.
